This villa is one of the large villas and closest to the beach area. It has a 55 inch Samsung plasma TV and a blue ray Samsung smart DVD player with WiFi. The TV has a high definition connection with Comcast. There is also private Comcast WiFi with Password provided. The patio has a large wood-simulated table with 4 chairs for comfortable outdoor dining in the screened-in lanai. Tile flooring is present throughout. The master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen modern TV, and a dedicated bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bathroom has access for guests and a full tub and shower.

50+ Years and still the best!

Overall great stay with some notes

We liked the proximity to the beach, wish there was a ramp on both sides to access the beach. Makes it difficult for bringing a beach wagon or if your disabled. The community should consider adding this. There are no spices in the kitchen so be sure to bring your own. There appliances in the kitchen are updated, which is nice.
