Non smoking villa and lanai. Enjoy your beach vacation in this beautiful large 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom private villa. Located halfway between the private beach and the pool/clubhouse. This unit can sleep up to 6 people comfortably. Flat screen HD TV's in the living room and in each bedroom and ceiling fans throughout. Updated with tile throughout, and fully appointed kitchen with new stainless steel appliances. Roomy master bedroom with 1 queen bed and 1 full bed. Second bedroom with a king bed. Two recently renovated bathrooms with walk in showers and vanities with granite counter tops. Queen size sleeper sofa in spacious living room. Large screened in lanai and outdoor hot/cold shower. In unit wireless private WIFI.

A11 is a fantastic property. We have rented multiple times and it is our favorite place. This year I was able to bring my grandchildren for the first time and we had a wonderful week.
