Perfect

We had another wonderful stay in this lovely chalet at the foot of the piste in Courchevel 1650. We are a family of 8 adults. The living accomodation is wonderful. The kitchen is small but has everything you need to self cater for the week which is exactly what we did. We will definitely want to return.

Very nice ski in-out appartment but for max 6 adults

Very nice and cosy appartment, fully equiped but small kitchen. 2 bedrooms are very nice with excellent bathrooms, 2 other rooms and bathroom are very small. Too small for adults. Most bedrooms are in the basement. During the night noise at the street from deliveries to the connecting hotels

Perfect location & amazing apartment

We had an absolutely incredible stay in this lovely apartment which is perfectly located and a 2 minute walk from the Ariondaz Lift on the slopes...., the perfect ski in, ski out apartment. We had a couple of issues initially accessing Wi-Fi and we couldn't seem to find any channels on the TV for the duration of our stay but truth be told, we didn't miss it in the end and were too tired after a full days skiing as were the kids. The apartment itself is very well kitted out with everything you need to cook a full meal if necessary. I'd highly recommend this to anyone looking for an apartment in the perfect location.

Très bonne localisation. Pour ceux qui ont des enfants à l'école de ski de l'ESF, on ne peut pas trouver mieux. Appartement bien équipé avec un salon et des espaces communs très agréables.

Ski holiday for 6 adults

We had the best holiday staying at this fabulous apartment which couldn't be more conveniently located - as indicated by all the other reviews. The master bedroom and bathroom and second bedroom are very luxurious, although the other rooms are quite 'cosy' for adults. The apartment in general is very well equipped - though a small criticism is that there aren't enough mugs! Finally, just to mention that although the details indicate parking, this is in a local nearby facility for which you need to pay. All in all, we had a wonderful holiday and I would thoroughly recommend this apartment.

Un vrai nid douillet

L'appartement, l'emplacement en front de neige, les pistes, tout y est. Les lits faits à l'arrivée, le linge de toilette et le ménage inclus sont vraiment des plus à cet appartement déjà super, je recommande vivement. Nous étions 9 avec enfants, l'appartement est vaste et chaleureux parfait pr 2 familles, la chambre avec lits superposés est une chambre enfant, les lits sont petits pr des adultes. Pr nous c'était parfait ! Tout est à côté de l'appartement, la voiture peut rester garer toute la semaine. Merci beaucoup !

Fantastic apartment

This is a fantastic apartment. The location is ideal, ski-in, close to shops and restaurants and next to a hotel with a nice bar and spa that we used sometimes. It is well decorated and equipped, warm and clean. The owner is very responsive and accommodating. Thoroughly recommended.

Living space and location just brilliant. The master and second bedroom were great, but other bedrooms and the kitchen were a bit cramped. Right at foot of slopes and handy for shops and restaurants.

Fantastic place, right on the bottom of the slopes, opposite esf ski school which meant we could watch the youngest from the window. Ariondaz gondola 200 yards away. Brilliantly equipped, warm, very comfortable apartment.

Magnifique appartement au pied des pistes

Nous sommes ravis de notre sejour dans ce vaste appartement duplex. Nous étions 2 familles (4 adultes et 5 enfants en bas age) et l’espace était vraiment parfait pour satisfaire tout le monde. Appartement joliment décoré et très pratique à vivre! Le grand plus est le départ des cours de ski à 20 mètres de l’appartement (pour piou piou aussi) et le départ de la remontée (télécabine) à peine plus loin. Très bon contact avec la propriétaire toujours disponible et avenante! Nous recommandons très certainement!

Excellent well equipped and very spacious and homely apartment. Superb location in a pleasant and generally quiet village fronting the slopes with only a short walk to the Ariondas lift and ski back to within a few metres of the front door. This was one of the best apartments we have stayed at.

Nous étions 10 (9 adultes et 1 enfant) Appartement très bien placé au pied des pistes et des commerces. Les meubles et équipements sont de qualités. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le grand salon. La chambre avec les lits superposés est faite pour des enfants en effet les lits sont un petit peu court pour des adultes et Un micro onde serait un plus. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour l’appartement est suffisamment vaste pour que chacun ait son espace.

Nous étions un groupe de 10 personnes et avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce spacieux appartement très confortable, bien équipé et idéalement situé.Nous avons simplement regretté le manque de neige pour pouvoir profiter réellement du front de neige. Magnifique appartement au coeur de Courchevel 1650

Nous avons passé des merveilleuses vacances en famille et entre amis dans un appartement très bien décoré, spacieux et cosy !!!! L’appartement est parfaitement équipé et la literie est très confortable. On était vraiment très heureux de retrouver notre appartement après nos journées de ski et prendre le goûter ou l’apéro tous ensemble dans un salon si agréable. Situé au pied des pistes et des remontées mécaniques, en face de l’ESF, il est difficile de trouver meilleure situation dans une station surtout lorsqu’on a des enfants. De plus nos enfants pouvaient continuer à faire de la luge juste en face de l’appartement à la fin des cours de ski. Enfin, tous les commerces (supermarché, bars,restaurants, souvenirs…) se trouvent à proximité immédiate de l’appartement ainsi que des navettes gratuites pour se rendre à Courchevel 1850 (Bowling ou patinoire) ou Aquamotion (top avec les enfants !!!) et cela permet de ne pas toucher la voiture du séjour. Le propriétaire était toujours disponible pour répondre à nos demandes. En bref, un séjour de rêve dans un appartement magnifique, une très belle station familiale et un domaine skiable incroyable !!!! Nous espérons pouvoir y revenir très bientôt….

Vraiment super

Des super vacances pour toute la famille, à côté du départ des remontées mécaniques qui donnent accès au domaine skiable de Courchevel et des Trois Vallées, devant l'école de ski, à quelques dizaines de mètres d'un supermarché bien achalandé, et de plusieurs restaurants bien sympathiques. Courchevel 1650 est une station à taille humaine, mas très animée. Nos petits enfants ont beaucoup apprécié de pouvoir dévaler inlassablement le talus, juste devant l'appartement, avec leur luge, et d'y retrouver plein de compagnons de jeux. L'appartement est parfaitement rénové et équipé, dans un style chalet particulièrement chaleureux. Et le propriétaire répond à toutes les demandes de renseignement ou de conseil par retour de SMS ou de courriel.

Une location parfaite sur Moriond

Un bel appartement rénové avec des matériaux de qualité et décoré avec beaucoup de gout. Il est de plus parfaitement équipé et agencé pour permettre à chacun de trouver sa place avec l’agréable sensation de se retrouver dans un lieu chaleureux et accueillant. Idéalement situé au pied des pistes et des remontées mécaniques, il jouxte l’école de ski ce qui est un luxe inestimable pour des vacances sereines en familles quand il y a des enfants. Au cœur de Moriond avec tous les commerces au pas de la porte et la possibilité de stationner dans le parking public à proximité immédiate c’est vraiment le lieu idéal pour des vacances en famille (ce qui était notre cas) ou entre amis.

Perfect! & I've stayed in many.

This apartment is in the perfect location in Courchevel 1650. We stayed here in 2016 with 4 children in their late teens/early 20's. The property is fantastic as you can see in the pictures and the location on top of being ideal for the slopes also means that older kids can go and explore the bars etc. without getting buses or walking very far. The skiing even at Easter is great as the slopes at 1650 are north facing and of course the entire 3V area is extensive. There is also a large private area outside the door which gets the afternoon sun and the owner provides outdoor furniture an added bonus (one that saves having to sit outside the wonderful 'Fire and Ice' Bar next door - you can choose).

Superbe appartement idéalement situé

Séjour très agréable dans ce spacieux appartement rénové avec soin et matériaux de qualité. Agencement fonctionnel, convivial, et super emplacement sur le front de neige avec tous les commerces accessibles à pied. Parking sous terrain payant à deux pas. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !
