Ready to go! Cozy Cottage is available!
Cozy Cottage is within walking distance to Johnson City Square and the beautiful Christmas light display at the Pedernales Electric Company during the holiday season.
This adorable house was built in 1947 and has all updated amenities. Original hardwood floors throughout the house. Each of the bedrooms have queen beds and have their own well appointed bathrooms. There is a fully stocked kitchen and a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. All toiletries are provided.
When making your reservation, please specify that you are bringing a pet.

Our names are Craig and Sandi Nafziger.
My husband (Craig) and I have been in the real estate world most of our lives. Craig buys and sells rental property and I have been a Realtor for my whole career. Craig is retired from the military 33 years and stays very active. Being a Realtor for so many years I am very entuned to what makes people comfortable in their homes. We hope you will enjoy your time in our Cozy Cottage!

This home is in a wonderful central location. We are in close proximity to hundreds of wineries, LBJ State Park, peach orchards in peach season and a short drive to Fredericksburg. There are also museums to visit, lakes and rivers, fantastic places to explore and hike. Oh, and not to mention all the good Tex Mex food you will experience while here! There is a never ending list of places to go and things to see!

.This property is very comfortable and very enjoyable to be around. All the comforts of home! Its an old house (1947) with new insides. The original hardwood floors are beautiful. The kitchen is fully stocked, with the exception of food. Two beautifully appointed bathrooms, 2 queen beds that are very comfortable with very nice linens.
There is a 400 sq ft deck with an outdoor eating area. The barbeque grill, and firepit are sure to be enjoyed by all who visit Cozy Cottage. The guests that stay here rave about our sunset views from the deck. It will be an extra treat to sit out there in the morning to have your coffee or in the evening to have a drink and relax and wind down while you watch the sunset.
This home is equipped with most anything you could want or need in a house. We hope you enjoy your stay here!
