There is also a dining area for four where you can eat with loved ones.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries to fulfil your culinary requirements.

There are two bedrooms, and both bedrooms are fitted with a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens.

The bathrooms have all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

Please note the apartment is not adapted for people wih reduced mobility

The 19th arrondissement is a flagship for urban regeneration. Families enjoy the Canal de l'Ourcq with its waterfront promenade and bike lane that leads to Parc de la Villette. The park is home to museums such as the Cité des Sciences et de l'Industrie and concert venues. The manicured Parc des Buttes Chaumont has waterfalls and city views, while hip crowds hang out in cafes and check out edgy art at Cent Quatre.

The apartment is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Bolivar (line 7B), is just a 3-minutes walk.

Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport is a 40-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
