Deluxe Beachfront Condo with a breathtaking view

Gorgeous condo DIRECTLY ON the beach with AC. Breakfast on the lanai and watch the breathtaking sunrise. Crystal clear beach for family fun. If you're lucky, sea turtles often visit the shore. The condo is minutes away from Laie, BYU-H, Polynesian Cultural Center, shops, and restaurants. Experience Hawaii's famous and finest beaches and surf spots such as Pipeline, Waimea Bay, Sunset, Sharks Cove, & Turtle Bay. Onsite pool, gym, & barbecue area.

The space
This beachfront one-bedroom condo location makes a huge difference with a pristine beach steps away. A worry free experience that can't be beat. With a parking stall near the two easy accessible elevators, the condo on the 3rd floor is the ideal floor with a wide balcony. The condo was remodeled and renovated in October 2021. Updated furniture and air conditioning, Wifi, cable, 2 TVs.

The living room has two sofa couches, a full size Murphy bed and to accommodate a larger party an inflatable full size bed is available. The bedroom has a queen size bed. The condo sleeps 8 with 5 beds. It has a full kitchen with a dishwasher and washer/dryer.

Guest access
You will have full access to your private 720 sq ft condo with a private 72sq ft patio lanai on the 3rd floor of the building. Due to the condo next to is is being renovated 1/2 of our lanai is not accessible. You will also shared access to other amenity areas such as the pool, the gym, the BBQ, back yard, beach, and outdoor patio lounge.

Other things to note
IMPORTANT UPDATE: Currently September 2023) our lanai is being renovated. M-F between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm there may be loud construction noise coming from the lanai. We apologize in advance for this inconvenience and have reduced our listing price by $150 per night from our normal nightly rate. If you plan to be out and about during the day this could be a greatly discounted opportunity for you to stay right on the most beautiful beach on Oahu! We will update this listing as the renovations progress. We supply the bear essentials there is dish soap, laundry soap, and toilet paper for your stay. You deserve a 5-STAR experience, please feel free to contact me if you need anything.

We had a great time. The location was perfect. It was quiet and relaxing. We spent a lot of time on the beach and saw lots of turtles. We swam and snorkeled every day. The view was awesome, and the AC really helped us keep cool in the evenings. We will be back.

Great location

This was a clean and cozy condo right on a beach that was un for snorkeling and kids to play on the beach as the waves were tiny due to the reef. It was really close to a lot of other great beaches including the Polynesian cultural center. They had plenty of towels and supplies, everything was well stocked. Great place for a small family.

Ocean view was amazing. Construction detracted from sound of waves during day. Basic accommodations. Host was great. Beds are feeling age. Lots of little extras : games, snorkel gear, spices, etc. it will be nice when construction ends.

Clean and some great extras!!

For the most part, this was a great condo. Definitely not as big as the pictures seem. We loved having the kitchen, washer, and dryer. They had extra things like face wipes, which came in handy with all the humidity. Construction was a pain and did affect our opinion of the place.

Beautiful View

This condo has an amazing sunrise and beach view. We loved walking out to the beach and the pool. We even had a turtle come and stay a night on the beach. We liked being away from all the hustle and bustle of Honolulu, although we did do a lot of driving to get to some of sites. We appreciated the boogie boards, surf boards, snorkel gear and beach towels! The only thing we didn't love was some of the residents were a little grouchy with our kids swimming and making noise (the swimming hours and quite time are 10 to 8 so if you are late people know that.) Other residents were super friendly and I enjoyed talking to them. Overall we loved staying here and would definitely stay again.

Review

We’ve stayed at this condo 5 times and this was our least favorite. I feel it’s way overpriced for what we got. No coffee table no end tables sheets don’t fit the bed and very cheap quality. We got one roll of paper towels for two weeks and not much dish soap. For the amount of money we paid for two weeks I think we should have had the best bed and linens available and a much more comfortable sitting room.

Beautiful will return

This place was almost perfect! The owner was fast at replying when we contacted him. I was disappointed with the construction as i was only warned from reading reviews. I did not get to use the lanai as it was closed off for construction and that was one of the selling points for picking this property. Also the pool was only open 5pm-8pm this was disappointing when we didn't want to deal with the sand and waves of the beach. The condo was a little dirty, we informed the owner and he just got a new cleaning company. Even with these few issues this property was amazing and i would return again! The beach was beautiful and pretty quiet. We even seen a sea turtle! We are all so happy we chose this property!

Convenience beach access but old

We chose this property because of the easybeach access and away from the busy tourist area (i.e. Waikiki). However, there are some pro's and con's. Let's start with the PRO's: PRO'S: 1) Awesome location with the beach and gorgeous view right outside. You can't beat having the beach for small little ones right outside the doors and also a great view every day. 2) Close to the North shore and Polynesian Cultural Center 3) Quiet and away from busy, hustle tourist areas like Waikiki CON'S: 1) It looked like the owner renovated the inside a bit. However, the unit is still outdated. 2) The whole condo itself is VERY outdated and old. They're doing renovation at the time we were there. But it's pretty old. 3) Again, this place is out there in the country side so it's quiet and not a lot of things to do. There are a few food trucks nearby and also more food trucks in Laie. However, if you like the busy life style, this place will not give you that. Overall, we like the location because of the beach access and the tranquility of the countryside feeling. But the unit is a little outdated. Regarding the host, Alex, he/she was a great host. Quick and courteous response to all of our questions and concerns. Thanks

Honest feedback

This location and beach couldn’t be more perfect. However, We had to be gone during all 4 days of our stay due to construction. Not so bad, the surroundings are amazing. my host Alex, he was friendly, thorough and easy to reach. For that, and the beach, I would return.

We loved Oahu!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Alex’s condo. Alex was very communicative, friendly, and he answered all of our questions. He gave wonderful recommendations for what to do and where to eat in the area. The condo was very clean and well kept. It was spacious and had everything we needed. The building was under a lot of construction at the time of our stay, but we did not have any problems with constructions noise during our stay. The condo was in a nice location for us - outside of the over populated/touristy areas but still within a 30 minute drive to lots of beaches and hikes that we wanted to do.

The location of this condo was unbeatable. Gorgeous views and direct private beach access. It would’ve been great if we had bar height seats to see over the cement wall. Unfortunately there was massive construction going on that we were not informed about and the smell outside the building was sewer like. Overall for 2 short days I was satisfied.

Beautiful place to stay!

Alex was great to work with and his instructions were easy to follow. The view in the morning was amazing. We snorkled and played on the beach every day. This place is close to many food options, the PCC and much more. Definitely away from tons of tourists, we practically had the beach to ourselves.

Great place

My family of 5 stayed here for a week. There was plenty of room for us. The deck was fantastic and added lots of space. There were many times I could smell cigarette smoke coming in through the bathroom, but it didn't last too long.

Great place

We had a wonderful time and we really appreciated all the beach/water gear the owner provided. The sunrises were incredible. The owner was very attentive and helpful. Only issue was the smell of marijuana almost every time we walked out our door to the parking lot.

Amazing beach, steps from the condo

The beach is absolutely stunning and so is the view from the condo. The patio is very large and as we came for the beach and views, this was perfect for us. The condo itself is a bit dated, as is the furniture. The washroom was odd as the sink is outside the toilet and shower. This was a bit difficult for our group of three to maneuver as there was no washroom to change/get ready in. We enjoyed our stay and thank you for your hospitality!

Beautiful sparsely populated beach & condo!

Don’t let the older looking building fool you, the condo is nice and clean & even included air conditioning. The beach was just steps away and was lovely in that the waves break far out, making it nice to walk out and swim/float/etc. and not need to worry about waves knocking you over or the tide pulling you out. The deck was nice and Alex has lots of water toys there for you to use, the boogie boards we’re definitely a must! 😍 The only downside was the construction (which was well communicated prior to booking & only was really noisy one day) & the small bathroom. We appreciated so much the air conditioning but it was a little noisy. The area was close to all of the North Shore activities, we enjoyed the Hukilau Marketplace, the Polynesian Cultural Center and several of the food trucks there. Our favs were Tita’s Grill for the best Loco Moco we had while on Oahu! Also The Elephant Shack had the BEST Pad Thai I’ve had, hands down! Pounders also had great food and large portions! The distance between the condo and the Honolulu area was a little deceiving as miles wise it isn’t far, but with speed limits between 25-45 mostly, it did take 45 min- 1 hour to get to that area. Definitely recommend staying at this condo if you are interested in the Notth Shore area, very beautiful & lots of beaches! 💖 Mahalo, Alex, it was a great visit!

Pretty Good. But avoid if you can't stand marijuana smoke.

Lovely location, beautiful view. Very adequate accommodations. But marijuana smoke wafted in several times a day from an unknown source, which really dampened our enjoyment of the property.

Nice place -close to the beach.

The condo was clean and close to the beach. Alex was great with communication and helpful when needed. The complex had some construction so the exterior looked a little rough and the construction noise began a little early in the morning.

Quiet, cozy condo right along the beach. Amazing sunrises. I wanted a clean, quiet and safe place away from the hustle and bustle and I got just what I wanted.

The countryside of the island is just different. I grew up in this neighborhood. I love it! Open spaces, uncrowded, sandwiched between breathtaking Koolau mountain range views and postcard-perfect beach sunsets, it doesn't get better than this. There are tons of hiking trails, secluded and world-famous beaches all within a few minute's drive. This beachfront location makes a huge difference when you’re carrying armfuls of towels, mats, beach chairs, snorkel gear, and boogie boards (which we provide). Wifi, cable, 2 TVs, and even a printer make it easy to work and play.
