Large, comfortable house
My husband and I enjoyed a lovely week at this property with our 20 month old and my parents. The beds are comfy, the kitchen is well equipped and the general living area is good. The pool area is great and a really good size. It’s a quiet location with access to the riverside path which we made use of.
It is good that the pool is slightly set away from the house to avoid any accidents with little ones although ensure you pack your mozzie spray as we got a lot of bites!
We hadn’t realised that towels weren’t provided although the host kindly lent us some.
A supermarket is within a short walk but public transport in the area is nonexistent. We managed to organise taxis however I would recommend a car. There aren’t really any restaurants locally so we spent a lot of time in Bergerac which is only 10-15 mins drive and very pretty.
Overall, a lovely house in a peaceful area for a quiet break.
