About 500m-away from the charming village of Grimaud

A beautiful villa on two levels composed as follows:
- on the ground floor: a lovely living-room opening onto the terrace, a separate kitchen (dishwasher, washing-machine, fridge with a separate freezer, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster), a very large bedroom with a wide double bed (180cm) and a bathroom with a shower and a bath and toilets.
- on the top floor, 1 bedroom with a double bed (160cm) and its private terrace, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom and separate toilets.
A/C in the 3 bedrooms.
WIFI

A large shaddy terrace leading to the garden and the swimming-pool. A large outside table on the terrace.
There is also a shaddy area with cosy sofas.

The 8m x 4m swimming-pool will delight adults and children to enjoy some freshness, relax or play with a ball.
In the garden you will find comfortable deckchairs to lie down during the sunny days and a pergola next to the pool to enjoy some shadow.
2 parking spaces in front of the house.

The house is 10-minute away from the medieval village of Grimaud, its high-quality restaurants and its narrow streets where it is good to wander.
The beach of Port Grimaud is 10 minutes away and Saint-Tropez is 12km away.

Additional information:

• Check-in between 4.00pm and 7.00pm. Additional fees between 7.00pm and 8.00pm. No check-in later than 8.00pm. Check-out time: 10.00am at latest.
• Bed linen and towels included in the booking.
• Final cleaning not included in the booking. It can be bought in addition.
• Additional fees will be applied for any extra person.
• Resort fees: 6,05€/ adult/ day
• No animal in the property (except with the written agreement of the agency).
• Contract to send back with your signature to the agency in order to confirm the booking.
• A deposit by credit card will be requested upon your arrival. (1.000€)

Très bon séjour dans cette charmante maison à GRIMAUD. Nous avons apprécié la disposition des pièces, la literie très confortable, la piscine, la vue de la chambre du premier étage, la grande cuisine bien équipée. Nous avons apprécié pouvoir nous rendre à pied au village de GRIMAUD qui est un charmant village typique, authentique , très joli avec de belles balades à pied à proximité. L'emplacement de la maison est calme et serein idéal pour se ressourcer. Je recommande sincèrement de louer cette charmante villa.

Nous avons passé deux semaines en aout dans cette maison et nous étions très satifaits. La maison, le jardin, la piscine et l´équipement de la maison etaient simplement parfait et nous avons passé de magnifiques vacances à Grimaud. Et aussi la communication avec Yael était rapide, facile et très sympa. Décidemment à recommander. Nous allons à coup sur revenir.

liebevoll angelegten Außenbereich

Yael ist eine sehr zuvorkommende und nette Vermieterin. Die Kommunikation und Schlüsselübergabe hat wunderbar funktioniert. Sie hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet. Auch bei kleinen Problemen war sie innerhalb kürzester Zeit da und hat geholfen. Das Haus hat einen liebevoll angelegten Außenbereich und ist auch im Inneren sehr hell. Die Badezimmer sind groß und sauber. In den Schränken und auf Kommoden sind einige Privatgegenstände der Eigentümer hinterlassen (Medikamente, angebrochene Lebensmittel, Gehstock, etc.). Uns hat dies aber nicht gestört und wir hatten eine wundere Zeit.

Wir würden das Haus wieder buchen.

Wir wurden von Yael herzlich empfangen. Yael hat uns tolle Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben und antwortete sehr schnell. Das Haus ist sehr charmant eingerichtet und dekoriert. Es fehlt an nichts. Sehr gut ausgestattete große Küche, mit neuen modernen Geräten. Ein wunderschöner Garten mit vielen bunten Pflanzen und einem schönen Poolbereich. Es gibt einen großen Gasgrill und einen sehr großen überdachten außen - Essbereich. Den wir täglich benutzt haben. Wir würden das Haus wieder buchen.
