Family Villa close to Naousa

This luxurious villa is situated in the same complex with villa Suerte II in the north-eastern part of Paros close to the famous Ampelas village and only 4,7 km away from the picturesque Naousa. A few minutes away from the villa you can find yourself on the beach of Isterni. The beach of Ampelas is located nearby between two capes that form a windless bay. It is a small sandy beach with turquoise clear waters, in front of the homonymous small fish village with the traditional seaside taverns and the small port where you could moor your boat. Close to the villa are also other famous beaches like Punta or Xrusi Akti.
Naoussa is considered to be one of the prettiest villages in the Cyclades and, despite the development of tourism, this lovely village has manage to keep its authenticity, its character and its charm, with its whitewashed and flowered little houses and its tiny whitewashed churches and chapels, surrounded by labyrinth-like narrow, stone-paved alleys. These alleys contain restaurants, boutiques and handicraft shops which are well worth exploring. Little taverns and bars are boarding the port, creating a friendly and traditional atmosphere.
Entering the Villa, guests are welcomed to a spacious living room area with comfortable sofas, a fireplace and a fully equipped open plan kitchen. On this level, one can find also, one double bedroom with queen double bed which have direct access to the outdoor area. Located on this level there is also a small bathroom. On the other floor, there are two bedrooms and a family bathroom. The first bedroom has 2 single beds and the second has a queen double bed.
The villa features an outdoor space which combines a lounge area, a dining area, a built barbeque, a garden and a shared pool with four more villas which are not for touristic rental and their owners rarely use the pool. Guests can take their meal or drink while enjoying the most magnificent view of the Aegean Sea as well as the breathtaking sunrise. It is fully furbished, fully equipped and has a private parking.
