Stunning 5 bedroom private resort-like Villa in beautiful Pescadero BCS!
The ultimate in "movie star" privacy, security and luxury. 42ft Saltwater pool, Jacuzzi hot-tub, incredible outdoor kitchen/dining with fireplace, pizza oven and Argentinian grill. Putting green, basketball hoop and zen fish pond/waterfall.
Short 3 min walk to San Pedrito beach and 8 minute walk to new Rancho Pescadero Resort.
THE SPACE
Perched between the setting sun on the Pacific Ocean (Agua) and the rising moon (Luna) over the Sierra La Laguna Mountains , Casa Agua Luna is a contemporary luxury oasis like no other. Enter the securely walled compound through motorized gates into a special paradise filled with various palms, colorful Bougainvillea, cacti and banana plants. Follow the sound of trickling water towards the zen fish pond waterfall and yoga palapa/gym, then up the stone stairs to the main pool and outdoor living areas. Your magical holiday has begun!
Designed by the South African/Canadian owners, Agua Luna is a contemporary Mexican Villa masterpiece with just a touch of her African homeland. The minute you enter the secure 10ft walls of the villa, your stress melts away as you immediately appreciate the zen aesthetic and understated luxury. Every detail has been thought of and all amenities provided to create the ultimate holiday. From every kitchen gadget you can imagine, (espresso machine of course!) to boogie boards, beach chairs, pool towels, books, games, and even hats, your every need has already been anticipated.
Lounge around the pool with some chill tunes and a cold beer or Margarita, play a round of putt-putt or shoot some hoops.
Evenings start on the roof deck for "sundowners" as you watch the incredible baja sunset.
Agua Luna has a newly renovated, fully equipped indoor kitchen, but the nightly magic happens around the outdoor kitchen with fireplace, gas grill, Ooni pizza oven, restaurant size pizza oven, and wood burning Argentinian grill. Sit around the antique dining table in front of the fire on chilly nights and enjoy your creations or book an in-house chef!
Retire to the palapa bar for some backgammon and more cocktails or laze in the hammock and gaze at the stars. So many choices and all yours to make!

The owners choose and designed this special property just off the oceanfront for several key reasons;
* 500 Yards off the main beach due to the prevailing wind from the North West often making it impossible to sit poolside at beachfront properties but completely protected at Casa Agua Luna!
* The pool and palapa lounge/bar area was specifically designed to buffer the wind on all but the most hectic of windy days
* One of the few properties in the area with total security. 10ft high spiked walls, motorized entrance gate, outdoor perimeter cameras, and beautiful outdoor landscape lighting create complete peace of mind and security while maintaining a stunning night-time ambiance.
* Centrally located and only 4 minute drive to El-Pescadero town and 12 mins to historic Todos Santos. The casa is close to fantastic restaurants (some within walking distance!) 3 court pickleball 300 yards from the casa, and a short 4 minute stroll to the pristine San Pedrito beach!
* Oasis like, lush landscaped property more akin to a Tropical environment than the Baja desert!
* Dozens of species of birds visit the waterfall pond daily
* Various areas to spread out for some quiet time

Keith and Gillian live full-time in beautiful Kelowna BC, Canada. Gillian is a South African interior designer who spent many years designing some of the most stunning safari game lodges and golf course developments in Southern Africa. Keith is an entrepreneur with several businesses and ongoing ventures. Their love of the
Baja began when, on a short four day trip to San Jose', the couple took a day trip to Todos Santos and stumbled on Rancho Pescadero, the fantastic nearby boutique hotel which had only been open for 3 weeks! Falling in love with the area immediately, they decided to check in and stayed the next three nights in Pescadero exploring the area beaches and attractions with particular interest in the growing "farm to table" dining scene. Fast forward several years, after multiple trips with the kids and family and friends, they decided to look for property in the area as the news of the new toll road was official. As fate would have it, on the way to the airport after a 5 day stay at Rancho, they spotted a For Sale sign on the property, which at the time had only one basic casa and a small casita. However the property was already lush with vegetation and the stone retaining walls were in place. It was the perfect canvas to create their dream family home. Married on a Blue Moon in South Africa years ago, they incorporated the moon and their love of the ocean into the name of this special place. They are excited to share their dream property with you!
