Come and enjoy the swimming pool, the region and the exceptional comfort of this uniquely charming residence.
In total privacy, the estate is nestled in a green setting in the heart of the historic center of Carnac.
Ideal for family or business gatherings, relax by the pool, on the terrace, in the garden, in the library... the choice is yours.
Enjoy fresh Breton produce - fishmonger's and butcher's just a few steps away, market on Wednesdays and Sundays a 5-minute walk away.
Drive through the property's gates and park your car in the large space at the entrance.
Enter, drop off your belongings and... Enjoy!
In the immediate vicinity:
Shops, restaurants, museum, Césarine playground, beaches (900m)
Auray TGV station 15 minutes away, 1h45 from Nantes & Rennes airports, 45 minutes from Lorient airport.

First floor:
- 1 first bedroom of 16m2 (160cm bed)

One of the wings of the property is specially dedicated to teleworking. 2 comfortable offices on the 1st floor; a shower room, rest room and small kitchen on the ground floor. The two offices will be made available specifically and on request.

- Large electric griddle and outdoor furniture (deckchairs, armchairs, chairs and dining table).
- Non-smoking house
- Pets allowed
- Fireplace in the living room
