Living room, dining room upstairs, you go down to the bedrooms and bathrooms, all the windows overlook the sea and the mountains of the Sierra de Irta, in the morning have your breakfast on the terrace, in the summer the apartment receives a light wind being on the Ceromar hill, the view is splendid the tourist train makes a stop, in the afternoon go to the beach in 10 min on foot, (a shuttle bus makes the trip) drink a coffee in the center then go up to the residence and enjoy the swimming pool or the garden. In the evening go to the castle in the old town to drink a sangria and eat tapas. The duplex has a kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave ect ..., a washing machine, air conditioning, wifi and free internet, TV with French channels, parking, everything is there for a good holiday

Alquiler dúplex Peñíscola

El dúplex muy bien ,limpio y con todo al detalle, comunicación con el que lleva el registro y da las llaves ,excelente.Piscina pequeña pero limpia y familiar .con vistas espectaculares.La ubicación lejos del gentío de Peñíscola y a desmano de los servicios de tiendas.Si a diez minutos andando de la playa pero bajar se baja muy bien ..pero al subir mucha cuesta , y cuesta subir, coche para todo.Para personas con movididlidad reducida un poco escaso... bastantes escaleras.En general la estancia espectacular para una semana de vacaciones , relax,y disfrutar de la familia muy bien .Dúplex agradable y las vistas inmejorables.Gracias.

Appartement et vue paradisiaque

Une semaine en famille sur les hauteurs de Peniscola avec une vue magnifique sur la mer et les pieds dans l'eau avec une superbe piscine au pied de ce superbe appartement avec tout le confort nécessaire..identique à la description faîte sur site..la remise des clés a été faite par David qui vit sur Peniscola avec la visite de l'appartement,une personne très sympathique et je tiens à remercier tout particulièrement jean le propriétaire qui a tout fait pour que notre séjour reste inoubliable,alors si vous souhaitez passer un séjour formidable à Peniscola c'est chez Jean qu'il faut réserver,vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.. cordialement Fabrice.

Très bon séjour à Péniscola

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Péniscola. L'appartement est grand, très confortable, très bien situé et il offre une superbe vue sur la mer. Très bon contact avec le propriétaire ainsi qu'avec David, le contact sur place. Nous recommandons cette location et nous y reviendrons avec plaisir !!!
