Very clean, complete and private but pictures of ad don't match with description of # of rooms.

Although the furniture was a little old, the house was very clean and we had a lot of privacy. It's a good value for money deal and is even nicer in the summer because than you can use the hammock and jacuzzi. It's also on a good location and there was a lot to use (towels, kitchen equipment, linnen etc). Although I have one point of feedback: the ad on HomeAway also shows an extra floor with balcony while this was closed and wasn't part of the house. No problem, we had enough space but it's a little disappointing since the ad did show the pictures. In the ad text / description it indeed described only the ground floor so the ad text was correct. To get a real good indication the picutures of the extra floor shouldn't be shown when you see the ad.

Dear Bianca, Thank you for your stay. The description of rooms is very clear as it stays for almost 10 years without any comment about this. The 1st floor is only available at summer and it is another ad on the site to rent the whole house. Fewo-abritel doesn't offer the possibility to remove photos for only one version of a house. In general you just got a flat in a building even if the photo shows... the whole building. I hope you had a great stay in Six fours.

This HomeAway is a STAY AWAY

The rental of this listing began with unauthorized charges. Thanks to HomeAway customer service, they were able to put a stop to this. Where to start......The rental lacked basic necessities such as proper towels, curtains on windows in the living room, kitchen and bathroom. The double bed was terribly uncomfortable, the shower was mouldy with pealing paint. The hot tub was also dirty. We booked for 3 days, but left after 1 night and assumed the loss. Definitely not up to VRBO standards.

Thank you for your "nice" comment. First the linens are an option and this is written several times in the ad so it's not unauthorized charges it's only a matter of reading, I also had the customer service confirming that this point is clearly mentioned (by the way you are the first complaining about this in 10 years of rental). Towels are also an option. Ok, you love curtains for windows, I don't. Probably, you're not coming in the south riviera for the light & sun. By the way, through 45 ratings in 10 years, you're the only 1 star on a 4.6 /5 average note. Please, don't come back.

Schöner, entspannter Urlaub

Die Wohnung bietet fast alles was man braucht. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert!
