Set on the shores of Table Rock Lake, this waterside condo offers a quintessential Ozarks retreat! Drive 3 miles down to the Indian Point Marina to rent a boat or drive 2 miles up to Silver Dollar City for some inland fun. Venture a little further out to explore the 76 Strip, attend a show at Dolly Parton’s Stampede or ride the waves at White Water—all less than 10 miles away! On top of a central location, this vacation rental also offers 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, community pools and mountain views!

Fully Renovated in Summer of 2019!

We outfitted our condo with brand new features and fixtures. This cozy condo welcomes your family home after long days out on the lake or wandering the theme parks!

BONUS: Our property is one of 30 in the 200 unit complex that has access to the Indoor and Outdoor Pool w/Splash Pads located in the Landing complex at the top of the hill. Indoor pool is closed from Jan 15 - 31 for repairs.

Master Bedroom: King Bed with TV, ensuite bathroom, and access to back deck.

Living Room: 2 Sleeper Sofas (1 full, 1 twin)

RESORT AMENITIES: Outdoor pool, hot tub, walking trails to Table Rock Lake, tennis court, playgrounds, basketball hoops.

INDOOR LIVING: New paint, flooring, furnishings and doors; 4-person dining table, 3 flat-screen cable/Smart TVs

Our family of 4 stayed at this property for 5 nights. 3 adults and one child slept comfortably. The pull out couch sofa was very comfortable. We enjoyed the large deck for enjoying a morning coffee and in the evening we could see the fireworks and drone show from SDC. We loved how close we were to SDC. When my husband and son got tired they were able to leave and be at the condo within minutes while my daughter and I stayed and enjoyed more rides at the park. It also was only a 15-20 min drive to downtown Branson for entertainment. The longest drive we had was to the Lost Canyon cave tours about 30 minutes away. Great location, walking steps from the outdoor pool and basketball court. The pathway to the lake was a little inconvenient. That was the only downside if you were looking for lake time. The path was more of a washout through the trees and a little treacherous if you were carrying things to the lake. The condo itself was very clean and very well stocked. We had an issue with the bathroom outlets but the owner replied promptly and we were able to have it fixed within minutes. Would stay again!!!

Nice location. We watched the silver dollar city coasters from our deck. Pretty cool at night. Also beautiful sunset as well. Very easy check in process and safe family friendly area. Walking to the pool is nice as well.

Perfect Family Spot, Near SDC

We have SDC season passes, so we prefer to stay on Indian Point when we visit Branson. This condo was perfect for our family of 4. They thought of everything. Our youngest was entertained with the toys. Beds were comfortable, view from the deck was great, condo was clean and communication with the host was great!fanulfamilyof 4.

First time to Branson

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! Beautifully decorated and spacious! We enjoyed the deck looking out at the lake and the SDC roller coasters! We walked down the short path to the lake and enjoyed watching the sun set. The property was easy to find and convenient to SDC and town.

Great spot for our young family

This was such a good location to stay for our three sons. We loved the view, fireworks from SDC, pools, and easy access to the beach. It was just what we hoped!

Great location and fun week

We had a great week. The condo is in a perfect location to enjoy the lake, the Belle, Silver Dollar City, the strip in Branson, Top of the Rock and historic Hollister. The owners are very responsive and great to deal with. The beds and couches are very comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed and having laundry in the condo is a bonus. The porch is probably our favorite. We highly recommend this condo. And we will be back. Thank you so much.

Wonderful Getaway!

Lovely stay

This property is perfect if you want to stay away from the hustle and bustle, but be only 15 minutes away from most anything. Great view of the lake with a very nice deck to relax and unwind. Very clean unit and very well stocked. The kids especially enjoyed the indoor pool. We will definitely go back!

Great Experience!

We stayed for a few days over spring break and visited SDC. This resort is the BEST location if you are going to SDC. We could watch the rollercoasters from the balcony. I especially loved hearing the train whistle when I was outside on the balcony. This condo is exceptional! Very clean, exactly as pictured in listing. Lots of extra pillows, blankets linens available. Beds were very comfortable. Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Wash were provided in dispensers in both showers which was a nice surprise! We did not cook or really use the kitchen other than the silverware, plates and glasses. We did do 1 load of laundry after swimming in the indoor pool and both appliances worked great. Quick and helpful communication with the hosts. One of the best rental companies we have rented with and we have been renting on VRBO since 2015. If you are thinking about reserving this condo, do it! You won't be disappointed.

A brief escape

Ran away to Branson with the older kids to spend the weekend at SDC. I am so happy we picked to stay here. It was close to the park, quiet, clean, and had everything we needed. Check-in was a breeze and any questions I had were immediately answered. It is nicely decorated, the beds are comfy, towels are fluffy, there was plenty of room for us to relax. The views from the deck as the sun was rising were beautiful. The whole experience was just relaxing. Thank you so much for hosting us! Excited to plan our next escape.

The condo was very clean and the location was great. Just a couple of things that need improvement are more wash clothes and towels and more flatware. Over all, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Wonderful condo, great amenities!

We loved our stay at The Perch! We had our two children with us (3 and 1.5 years old) and it was perfect for our family. We brought our own pack n play, but they had one available in the closet along with a high chair. They even had a couple baskets of books and toys to entertain the kiddos! Upon entering the condo, you could immediately tell that it’s loved and well maintained. It was spotless and looked exactly like the pictures. It had everything you would need, including shampoo and laundry pods. The peaceful view from the back deck was one of our favorite things! Our kids LOVED the indoor splash pad and the lake access as well. The hosts provided fantastic communication and we can’t wait to return next year! We have found our home away from home when visiting Branson.

Clean, Comfortable, and Great Location

Impeccably clean and beautifully decorated two bedroom condo just minutes from Silver Dollar City! Huge deck to relax on and enjoy the views and just a short walk down to the lake! Check in and out process simple and communicative owner. Will definitely be staying here again!

Great proximity with fun hike and indoor pool

We loved how close this was to Silver Dollar City since that was our main plan for the weekend. Really enjoyed also the short hikes to the edge of Table Rock Lake and the water fall. We also enjoyed the indoor pool and splash pad. Had an issue when we were checking in after dark as there was no house number and the door code didn’t work but the owner Sean was great at responding immediately and solving the problem. That was greatly appreciated!

Wonderful stay & so close to SDC!!

We had a wonderful time as a family at The Perch. Easy walks to the rocky lakefront, access to the indoor/outdoor pool at The Landing and minutes to/from Silver Dollar City. The view from the deck was great, we loved watching Wildfire and Powder Keg rollercoasters. My only nit-picky suggestion is a good washing of the rugs and floors. Sean was very helpful and check-in/check-out was smooth. My girls loved the games, they played Guess Who more times than I can count! We would certainly come back for a worry-free vacation and visit to SDC.

Great place in an even better location!

Our stay at Sean’s condo was just perfect!! To start off, we had to last minute postpone our trip a week due to a family death and the hosts immediately worked with us to reschedule our trip to the following weekend with no issues. The condo is even prettier in person and the location can’t be beat! It was literally minutes to silver dollar city, which was the primary reason for our trip. We will definitely look to stay here again for another silver dollar city trip!
