This old gem is perfectly placed amidst a well-established, historic neighborhood. Enjoy the ease of being a stone's throw from trails, the hot spots (The Old Market, Blackstone, sporting arena for the College World Series, Henry Doorly Zoo, airport, hospitals, and Midtown Crossing). UNMC, Creighton, and UNMC are minutes away. All off the highway, and 5-8 minutes from the above prime areas for visitors, this is the best of both worlds (quiet and charming, tucked away, yet near all the active spots in the city). Enjoy a few minute walk to breakfast or a bike ride to nearby cafe's.
Enjoy the spacious, almost 1800 square-foot space, zip across the street for frisbee-golf, or rent an e-bike a block away to zip several minutes to the bike trails. A Golf Course is a few blocks away, and don't forget easy access to museums, equally close!
