Welcome to Quail Pack North — a luxurious retreat nestled among the majestic Ponderosa Pines. This spacious, three-level home offers the perfect blend of comfort, nature, and convenience. Ideally located just 40 minutes from the red rocks of Sedona, 5 minutes from the University of Arizona, and only 1 hour and 15 minutes from the awe-inspiring Grand Canyon, it’s the perfect base for your Northern Arizona adventures.

Surrounded by nature, nearly every window frames serene views of towering pine trees, and if you’re lucky, you’ll spot “Chip and Dale,” the two playful, pointy-eared squirrels who frequent the trees just outside. The neighborhood, aptly named Ponderosa Trails, is laced with scenic walking and running paths and features a park and playground for kids. Just minutes away, Lake Mary Road leads to both Lake Mary and Mormon Lake—popular spots for outdoor recreation and a favorite route for cyclists and runners alike. Come home to relax on the new spacious decks or soak in the new hot tub.

Spacious and Comfortable Living

Main Level: Features a cozy living room, formal dining area, and a bright eat-in kitchen—perfect for gathering and entertaining.

Top Floor: Offers four comfortable bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master suite includes its own fireplace for added warmth and ambiance.

Lower Level Guest Suite: Designed for privacy and relaxation, this level includes a bedroom, bathroom, and living room. The living room doubles as a movie room, complete with an 80" TV and a giant bean bag for the ultimate movie night experience. On the opposite side is a kitchenette with a Queen Murphy wall bed and its own fireplace. Many guests have commented that the home is the perfect set-up for multi-generational families or couples looking for their own space.

The backyard has been extensively redesigned, featuring ample seating for outdoor BBQ. Lush vegetation and pine trees make it the perfect place for family dinners or enjoying the cool outdoor temperatures in the summer.

The house offered lots of space for a family of 12. The basic necessities were all provided. The house was very clean and beautifully furnished. The host was terrific to work with. She was informative, patient, and very kind and welcoming. We would definitely rent this lovely house again.

Amazing house with 3 levels for lots of family. 4 beds and 2 baths upstairs. Laundry is upstairs. Main floor has 1/2 bath. Downstairs has one bedroom with one bath that joins to the kitchenette/murphy bed/movie room. Back yard has lots of room and table space. Kitchen was nice with plenty of cooking space/cooking utensils/cookware/gadgets/ plates/utensils/coffee cups/. Coffee, spices, pancake syrup, dishwasher pods, paper plates, utensils, cups, zip bags, alum foil, handi wrap, laundry detergent, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper provided. Refrigerator was empty - so no ketchup or mustard. Ice maker did not keep up with us so we bought a bag of ice. We stayed 4 nights and saved our towels but did have to do one load to resupply the bathrooms. Plenty of dish towels!! Did have to space out showers and laundry to have hot water for all. Communication was quick. Apple tree to the right of the entrance was loaded down with small delicious apples. Thank you for a lovely place to stay with comfortable beds where we could have family time and enjoy the nearby scenery!!

This is a lovely, well stocked, and very clean house! It is spacious, and has multiple patios and indoor and outdoor spaces to enjoy. The beds were very comfortable. We were in Flag during a pretty warm spell and really appreciated the AC. The host is very responsive and pleasant. I would highly recommend this home, unless someone in your group has mobility issues, in which case the many steps may not be suitable. Great stay!

Great location and perfect house for a large family while still giving everyone their own space. Well stocked kitchen and bedding. Would have preferred a 4th shower given that 2 of the 3 showers are within the master suites. Back yard and balconies are the highlights with plenty of outdoor seating. Proximity to NAU campus fields and expressway were a plus for us. Neighborhood was one of the best we saw in Flagstaff. Very comfortable beds too! Overall a great place to stay and would return.

Family Friendly

This is our 2nd time staying at this VRBO and won't be the last.This place is perfect for our family. We had 3 groups of families stay here and we all fit perfectly with our own areas/levels. Aliesha was an amazing host and has excellent recommendations for the area.

Graduation weekend

Our entire family traveled to Flagstaff to celebrate our youngest daughter graduating from NAU - the house was close to her and the college The house was set up well for our family- it was a little bit of a finagle with the bathrooms and everyone getting ready but we made it work The outside space was so nice we enjoyed our time together Host very responsive. We love the Flagstaff area and hope to make it back in the future

Great large home with outdoor space

We had a great time here with our family and friends, in town for our wedding. We wanted a house that had "grown up" beds in every room and plenty of space for everyone to relax, and this is it. Wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you!

Beautifully remodeled house close to town.

The property was beautiful and well stocked with dishes and many other items needed. We had 3 cars and had plenty of parking. The children had a wonderful time and didn't want to leave.

Wonderful Stay

The house is beautifully decorated, spacious and very well maintained. The bedrooms and living areas were very comfortable for our large group including 2 children. The outdoor area was very nice but unfortunately Flagstaff weather kept us from utilizing it. Aliesha was very responsive and helpful. Overall wonderful stay and would stay again when back in the area.

Not a good neighborhood for a rental

Neighbors called the owners about my kids playing in the backyard picking up boulders and they said throwing rocks. No damage was done. Neighbor took pictures of my minor kids. The same neighbor was outside smoking weed. There are 5 very close neighbors with very large dogs that are always barking. I have been fighting cancer all year and took my kids up north to get out of the heat on my chemo break so my kids could play outside. I felt like I couldn’t even let them go outside without neighbors watching every thing we did. Nice house but not for a Vrbo. Owner even said herself in the check in email the neighbors are crabby.

Lovely and comfortable house

We had a fantastic stay. The house is lovely and comfortable, very well maintained and a great neighborhood. The kitchen was also well stocked and we enjoyed the outside areas as well. We would definitely come back.

Gorgeous and perfectly thought out

From the moment I messaged the owner it was a perfect process. The house is gorgeous and spacious and they have thought everything through. There are extra towels, sheets, pillows, plenty of spices, coffee and tea, cooking appliances etc. It was so great!! I would come back in a heart beat.

Well Stocked House in a Great Neighborhood

We had four families comfortable stay in the house with plenty of room. We are all alumni of NAU, so Flagstaff is very special for us and this house was in a great neighborhood and very close by to various activities. House had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. Host was very responsive and considerate of our needs. We had small children so she stocked the house with a play pen, gates for the stairs, and a high chair - so great for any future families. Our kids did great with the stairs, but just know that there are two sets inside the house and two sets of stairs outside on the deck. Would recommend and we had a great time! Thank you!!

This home is a gem!

Our family is so thankful to Aliesha for opening up her beautiful home for us to stay! This home is very comfortable, spacious and has everything you need! It was very clean and inviting. The house is perfectly located as it’s a short drive to stores and restaurants and also the major highways. We visited Sedona and Bearizona while we were there and both drives were under an hour. I highly recommend this home and would love to return for another stay!

We live in Scottsdale and bought this home as a second home for us. It's been a dream of mine for 20 years to have a home in Flagstaff. Luckily we bought in 2020...you know the quarantine days! That gave me time to focus on the house and what started as, let's redo the floors turned into a complete house remodel. We decided to rent the home to help pay for the huge cost of the remodel, so you choosing this house, in effect, you are contributing to that process. We've been hosting our home to really nice families and friends for the past 2 years and have really enjoyed sharing out space.

The neighborhood is wonderful! It's called Ponderosa Trails and it is named that because of the thousands of Ponderosa pine trees and the intricate trail system through the neighborhood. It's a wonderful area to walk, run or bike. The home is located close to NAU and about 10 minutes from the downtown area. We love this area because it's a great location in town. I think one of the better!

この宿泊施設の特徴

The home has three levels and is great for large, multi-generational families. Often times, the kids are in the lower level "movie room" enjoying their space and the adults are on the main level. We've also done extensive hard-scape to the backyard, including a table for 10 outside. I know when we come up, we want to enjoy the cooler weather outside. There is a fire pit table outside that is great for making s'mores with the kids.
