Right in the heart of Albi, come stay in our cozy loft near all the amenities, located in a secure residence just a 5-minute walk from Place du Vigan.<br>You’ll have all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. <br>A beautiful terrace welcomes you, where you can enjoy meals outdoors and soak up the sun.<br>The apartment features a lovely, bright living room—a great place to relax—with a sitting/TV area, as well as a cozy kitchen fully equipped with everything you need.<br>On the first floor is the first “maritime-themed” bedroom with a 140-size bed and storage space. <br>The separate bathroom is also located on the first floor. It features a sink, a washing machine, and a comfortable shower area. Not to mention a towel warmer and a hair dryer.<br>Upstairs is the “exotic” bedroom with a 140-size bed and storage space.<br>Come discover Albi, a wonderful place to live. You can set out on a walking tour right from the apartment via a pedestrian path that leads to Place du Vigan, just 400 m away, or take your car at your leisure to explore the hinterland and the surrounding countryside.<br>You’re welcome to stay in our peaceful haven and discover Albi, a little gem on the UNESCO World Heritage List.<br><br>Please note: reserved and secure parking space and private terrace.<br>Free shuttle stops in front of the residence every 10 minutes.<br>Note: Parties are not allowed, and quiet is requested out of respect for the residents.<br>Important: This accommodations are not accessible to people with limited mobility.

Perfect Location with Parking!

Lovely, welcoming host with a well decorated, newly renovated/furnished apartment. Old town Albi is a five minute walk away and is full of great restaurants, shops, and historic sites. Especially nice to have secure, off street parking and walk everywhere. Merci, Marie!

My Review

Marie was helpfulness personified. Neighbourhood a bit rundown. The Apartment was excellent and very well equipped. There was even washing machine detergent and also dishwasher tablets!

Wonderful Albi Stopover

My wife and I were touring south France and stayed in Albi five days. Marie’s home was just wonderful - spacious, well furnished, tastefully decorated and comfortable. And with a nice deck. Its in a gated complex with parking which was perfect since we did a number of day trips to the country side (Carcasonne, Millau, Galliac, vinyards). The Galliac region wines are lovely. Albi, of course, is a famous destination itself with the magnificent St. Cecile Cathedral and the Toulouse Lautrec museum next door. A world heritage site. All walkable from the property. Marie met us personally when we checked in and walked us through all the household operations. A warm and lovely person. Sharon and I highly recommend her home for you Albi visit!

Location en tous points conforme au descriptif. Accueil très sympathique et ponctuel. Décoration très soignée, réalisée avec beaucoup de goût. Aux plus forts moments caniculaires, avec des 46 degrés à l'extérieur, nous y avons trouvé un havre de fraîcheur et passé ainsi des nuits excellentes, avec une literie de qualité. L'arrêt de la navette gratuite au pied du portillon principal permet d'accéder au centre historique sans se fatiguer en ambulance climatisée. Albi est une magnifique citée, qui mérite largement d'y prendre son temps, pour apprécier tout à la fois son patrimoine architectural, historique comme environnental. Dès lors que nous aurons l'occasion d'y revenir, nous espérons bcp le faire en profitant des nombreux atouts de ce petit nid douillet. A recommander sans hésitation.

Fabelhafte Wohnung!Wir haben selten eine Ferienwohnung gefunden, die so modern, sauber und perfekt ausgestattet ist – Kompliment an die Gastgeber!Die Lage ist ideal: nur etwa 1 km von der Kathedrale Sainte-Cécile entfernt, bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Wer nicht laufen möchte, kann alle 15 Minuten den kostenlosen E-Shuttlebus nehmen.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe: Abends nach unserem Stadtbummel (Kathedrale, Toulouse-Lautrec-Museum) haben wir im Super U in der Markthalle eingekauft, und ein Monoprix ist nur 500 m entfernt.Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man braucht: Kaffeemaschine, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine und sogar eine Klimaanlage. Sie liegt im hinteren Teil eines Innenhofs, sehr ruhig und angenehm.Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier in vollen Zügen genossen und können die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen!
