The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and American refrigerator. A laundry room is also available. The house has on the ground floor a separate toilet, a master suite with shower room and toilet, on the first floor, a second master suite with twin beds in 90 cm and a mezzanine with 2 twin beds in 90 cm with solarium and a bathroom with shower and bathtub as well as toilet, on the first floor always, two bedrooms with double beds of 160 cm and a bedroom with 2 beds of 90 cm. On the landing, a shower room, a separate toilet, and a shower room with toilet. Offering magnificent views of the swimming pool (secured by two pool alarms), the garden, and the golf course, the terrace features a shaded dining area, a barbecue, sunbathing, and various outdoor furniture. Linen and towels are not included in the price and the remaining cleaning at your expense. Parking spaces are available. You can smoke outside only.
