Are you looking for a house with a Cycladic soul, where everything is possible on foot, in the heart of the historic center of Parikia, with a quiet garden to enjoy the outdoors? KERYLOS house single storey house from the 17th century, completely renovated by architect awaits you!
A subtle blend of Cycladic architectural elements and modernity make it possible to offer guests great comfort, while preserving the Cycladic style.
Accommodation :
Its terrace and its garden not overlooked with beautiful trees offer a real haven of peace. What a pleasure to have meals there, to rest, in peace and quiet after a beautiful day of discovery of the island! Your kids will enjoy it too. The spacious fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the terrace and garden is very functional (oven, dishwasher, washing machine,...).
2 large bedrooms with king size bed, each with a private bathroom. Warm living room with sofa bed, comfortable living room and dedicated office space.
KERYLOS house has reversible air conditioning.

An ideal location in a beautiful pedestrian alley of the historic center, in a quiet area where everything is possible on foot: animations of the city center, shopping alleys, restaurants, bars, port (Ferry), museums, Ekaton kapiliani church, Kastro, ... but also beach, taxi rank, bus station (bus to all the villages of the island).

Belle grande maison entièrement équipée, très propre, située dans une des ruelles de Parikia à quelques pas des boutiques, des nombreux restaurants et du port. Endroit idéal pour une famille ou un séjour entre amis. Les chambres sont bien décorées et les lits confortables. Nous avons apprécié le coin salle à manger ainsi que le salon.Malgré une seule toilette, tout était parfait.

Absolute dream

This house is perfectly located on the picturesque blue and white “Cycladic” island on a very quiet pedestrian street. The home is gorgeous on the inside, all modern amenities, but in a beautiful rock house Greek style. The photos don’t even come close to doing it justice. The beds are comfortable, and the shower is hot! The owner is very communicative and helpful. Check-in was easy. It’s a very short walk from the port, even with pulling luggage. The end of the street has a great little coffee spot and tons of cute shops. Would stay here again FOR SURE!!!

Great house on Paros

We loved our stay on Paros, the house was lovely and we especially enjoyed hanging out in the yard on nice days. It was an easy walk from the pier, using the map Jean Louis provided, and a great central location to get around the village.

Beautiful home in excellent location

Host was awesome, met us at ferry and walked us to place. He was available for questions during stay. Home was extremely clean and comfortable. There is a washing machine and clothing line in the lovely backyard, so very convenient to be able to do laundry during trip. Location is amazing, a few minute walk to see the sunset, shop, ferry, taxis, buses, etc. Of note, there are showers and sinks in both bedrooms, and one toilet (in a separate room). Highly recommend this beautiful home when visiting Paros!!!
