About this space
Our cozy condo is the ideal place to feel at home. Affordable, close to Downtown Chicago, Downers Grove, Wheaton, Oakbrook, shopping, dining, highways. there is nothing better than this fully furnished unit. Includes everything you need from free parking, linens to dishes, cookware, cable, wireless internet, queen size bed, sofa sleeper, LED fireplace, in-unit washer - dryer, smart TV’s, Alexa, basic cable, Netflix, Hulu .

Monthly stays or longer are welcome. We provide a monthly discount which will be automatically calculated and deducted once you include the dates of your stay.

Guest under the age of 23 may be asked for a security deposit.

Other things to note
Please be aware that if you lose the keys, which is your access to the unit, it cannot be replaced for you immediately and you may lose access to the apartment and all amenities until another one can be made. There is a $200 fee for lost keys. A criminal background check is required by the management of the community. This is NOT a credit check.

For mail or packages, we do not recommend them being delivered to the building/apartment to avoid issues of lost deliveries. Please check for a nearby pickup location (through Amazon lockers or UPS access point) to guarantee the receipt of your mail/packages.

COVID-19 Safety Concerns

As always, the health and safety of our guests is our top priority. We would like to make you aware of the precautions and preventative practices our team are implementing in response to the current challenges of COVID-19.

To mitigate the spread of the corona virus, we will use higher medical grade sanitizer for cleaning solutions. We’re also updating our cleaning protocols with guidance from ISSA about COVID- 19 and undertaking targeted deep cleaning and enhanced sanitation measures across our portfolio.

Home for the holidays

We stayed from just before Thanksgiving to just after Christmas. The location was perfect for us - it was almost an exact central point in relation to our families scattered around the suburbs.

Management was not helpful

First of all, management was not helpful. She sent documents to be signed that were not signable. I had someone look at them and they told me they were unsignable. She told me they should be signable, but they were not. The day before, she told me I should call VRBO since they were responsible for all the documents. I spent the afternoon calling VRBO. Finally, a person helped me. I copied it and sent it to her personal email. I got the code for the keys an hour before the listing. Secondly, the shower was awful. It had mold in it, the shower head was a trickle. I had the shower on hot all the way and it was not hot. You had to take a quick shower before it got cold. The reason I did not complain was that I was there for five days. Finally, the rest of the apartment was as pictured. I was satisfied with it. I would not stay at any of her properties again do to her strict no cancellation policy. It was her responsibility to make sure everything was signable. As a owner, she should make sure everything is good. She was not helpful at all.

Pleasant and accommodating stay

Very nice place, beats being in a hotel by a Mile. Owners were very accommodating to my early availability for Check in and issues I had with checking out due to my own timing. The place itself is very nice and spacious for a couple, two closets each and a nice kitchen, great for relaxing during the week we were there. Didn’t demand much and was overall a pretty nice worry free time

As the listing states, truly an amazing and cozy place

My gf and I rented Briana’s apt for the Labor Day weekend and it is truly an amazing place! Very cozy, clean, everything you need from stores to food is everything nearby. We loved it so much that we ended up extending our stay for another 2 days! Briana is very easy to work with, communication was excellent and I couldn’t be any happier that we chose her apartment! I definitely recommend to book without hesitation. Thank you so much to Briana for letting us stay at her place.

Very clean, modern, and cozy unit! The surroundings felt safe! I was able to take morning walks running into friendly neighbors doing the same. The hosts thought of everything that might be needed! Even Tums that were much needed after a night celebrating my daughters graduation lol! Great job! Highly recommend!!

Fun week in the western suburbs of Chicago

This is a great place, reasonably priced, and worth every penny. I will plan to stay at this property anytime I find myself in this area again. It is super clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was quiet - no road noise and I didn't hear the neighbors. This surprisingly inexpensive place is worth every penny.
