La Villalucienne welcomes you to a 4000m2 family property in a quiet residential area, just a 5-minute walk from the sea, facing Ile Rousse.
The property was built in June 2014. Designed by a renowned architect, it is rated 4 stars by the Bandol Tourist Office.
Take the pleasant, shaded coastal path to the various creeks and beaches of the calanques. Pebble or sandy beaches. The nearest beaches, L'Anglaise and Capelan, are frequented mainly by locals. The superb bay of Renécros (fine sandy beach) is a quarter of an hour's walk away along the coastal path.
The property is fully gated and secure, and sheltered by pine trees, you'll live to the rhythm of the cicadas.
Bandol town centre is a 20-minute walk away and local shops are just 500 m away (supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, medical centre).
The flat is on the ground floor. It faces south-west. Its ipe terrace overlooks the garden and a private area with a summer lounge. The flat has underfloor heating and cooling and air conditioning in the bedroom. It comprises :
- a bedroom with a 140cm bed
- a bathroom with shower/WC
- a fully equipped kitchen
- a lounge with a flat-screen TV and a convertible sofa bed (140cm).

For golf enthusiasts, the famous Dolce Frégate golf course (18 holes) is less than ten minutes' drive away, with its legendary No. 10 hole, Frégalon driving range and school course. - Pentecost, from 22/05/26 to 25/05/26: €155 per night.
