Seacrest Beach Resort is known for it's award-winning 12,000 Sq Ft Pool and Our Home is 1 Block from it. The pool area has plenty of amazing fountains, Jacuzzi's and even a special toddler, kiddie pool . The world famous 30A beaches, voted best US Beach 2020 are only a short distance away and can be reached by either a free beach trolley service operated March-October by Seacrest Beach Resort or you can walk, bike or drive via a golf cart or car.

The Space:

This beautiful home has everything you could possibly want for the perfect family beach vacation. Newly furnished interior & outdoor furniture, 2 new gas grills as well as a large kitchen with stainless steel appliances, gas cooktop, separate ice maker and new cookware including a Cuisinart air fryer, food processor, stock pot, toaster & a Delongi Grill Griddle, panini press & waffler maker.

The third floor balcony/lounge is incredible. Comfortable outdoor seating for 11! Plus, a dining table for 6. And if that weren’t enough, there’s an outdoor kitchen prep area with a sink, mini refrigerator plus a Big Screen flat panel TV! Perfect spot for movie night, ballgames, your morning coffee and evening cocktails!

Step inside and there’s a bunkroom for 5 with a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The kids will love this area because it also has a 42” smart TV so they can watch their favorite shows and streaming video channels like NetFlix, HULU and Amazon Prime along with over 100 cable channels.

On the 2nd floor, you’ll find a comfortable balcony with new seating for six along with three bedrooms each with a King Size Bed, plenty of closet space and a 42” smart TV. The 2nd floor master has an en suite bathroom. The other two King Suites have a Jack & Jill bathroom with double vanity.

The first floor living space has plenty of room. When you enter the living area, you’ll find a large seating area for 8 positioned around a 55” smart TV that also has a surround sound. The large dining area across of the living area comfortably seats 8. The kitchen bar seats 4.

The 1st Floor Master Suite offers a King Size Bed, a 42” smart TV and a en suite Master bathroom that features a tiled shower and a double vanity.

Palm SunDaze is located just a block from the huge lagoon pool that Seacrest Beach is famous for.

At the Seacrest Beach entrance, you'll find gift shops, bike rental & restaurants within walking distance. In the evening, you can stroll down to Rosemary Beach. There’s an ice cream shop there that the kids will love and a coffee shop that you’ll enjoy too.

Beach chairs, beach towels and an umbrella are provided. Palm SunDaze is the perfect place for your beach vacay! Good Times & Tan Lines Await!

The Neighborhood:
At the Seacrest Beach entrance, you'll find gift shops, restaurants and bike rentals within walking distance. In the evening, you can stroll down to Rosemary Beach. There’s an ice cream shop there that the kids will love and a coffee shop that you’ll enjoy too.

Walk or ride your bikes down scenic 30A!

In the event any bicycles, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach toys, coolers, pack n plays and baby gear are present at the property, they are complimentary. LUXE 30A does not guarantee these items are included or in perfect working order for your stay and they are not a part of the rental agreement for the property.
