Well-equipped and lofted, this family-friendly getaway will be the perfect place to call home base on your next vacation to South Lake Tahoe! With vaulted ceilings, a stone fireplace in the living room, and three spacious floors, everyone will be able to spread out and slip into relaxation mode in no time. Regardless of how you use your days, the full kitchen will be more than ready to assist in prepping tasty meals and snacks with a blender, coffee maker, tea kettle, a full-size fridge, and stainless steel appliances. Everyone will love gathering at the accommodating dining table to reminisce, yet you can easily keep it more casual while kicking back on the leather sofas with a movie on the flatscreen TV in the living room or out on the patio while breathing in the fresh mountain air!

When everyone is ready to hit the hay, the lower floor is home to a bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom and two other bedrooms both offering two full beds in each with a shared full bathroom. The main floor has another bedroom with a queen bedroom and ensuite bathroom complete with a walk-in shower. The loft has a full and twin bed for even more sleeping space for the kiddos!

This dreamy home away boasts an ideal location with beach access, so you won't have to go far for lake fun–all you have to do is take a short walk and you'll get to the lake. Summer activities including water skiing, wakeboarding, SUP boarding, kayaking, and sailboating, so take your pick and soak up some sunshine. Amazing hikes are also a great option for outdoorsy guests during summer and fall. If you happen to visit during winter, make sure to visit the famous Heavenly Resort for some skiing and snowboarding. A bite to eat will also be easy to find with endless dining options for all ages and tastes. For even more excitement, head just across the state line to a Nevada casino or visit one of South Lake Tahoe's own top-rated bars or nightclubs.

Things to Know
Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m to 9 a.m. hours. In addition no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Security camera details: There are surveillance cameras throughout Lakeland Village property in the common areas only. There are no surveillance cameras inside the home.

Ski shuttle details: Lakeland Village does not provide transportation, but the resort is on the city bus route; however, the city bus system does not go to Heavenly. Dock details: There is a beautiful, large pier with a bench for viewing the Lake. No boat docking, no fishing, no diving or jumping off the dock.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
