The chalet is located on Mont Saint Loup, in a secure, quiet, and wooded residential complex. A prime, car-free environment! Free private parking.
About 2 km from Richelieu Beach, 5 minutes from a shopping area (Intermarché, Lidl, bakery, etc.).
Access to the complex and the pool via keycard.
Hiking trails start right from the complex. Forest trails, walking or mountain biking paths, and bike paths leading all the way to the sea.
It’s a unique location with sweeping views of the sea and pine forests. A large, comfortable pool with a spa and a children’s wading pool, heated during the off-season and reserved for residents. Numerous sports and cultural activities in Cap d’Agde or the surrounding area. Golf and tennis, boating, and water sports.... Nearby. No on-site entertainment or children’s play areas. Entertainment options available nearby. Amusement parks and other attractions within 2.5 km. Within the residence, guests may unload groceries and luggage upon arrival and reload them upon departure. Speed is limited to 10 km/h inside the complex. The residence is located in a pedestrian zone. A pétanque court is available to residents. Small pets are allowed.
It includes:
- A fully equipped and very functional kitchen. Plenty of cabinets and storage space, electric stovetop, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, microwave, electric griddle, coffee maker, and dishes.
- Living area: sofa bed for 2⁹ people, TV, table and chairs, storage, etc.
- 1 large master bedroom with a 160x200 bed, closet, and wardrobe.
- 1 bedroom with 2 beds: 1 bunk bed (140x200) and 1 sofa bed (140x200)
- Please bring your own sheets and bath towels. (Optional: sheets for 32€ incl. tax; bath towels for 12€)
- Bathroom with shower, washing machine, and dryer

- A security deposit of 300 € will be required in case of damage to the furnishings; it will be refunded after the chalet has been inspected upon checkout.
- A cleaning deposit of 90 € will be required; it will be refunded after the chalet has been inspected upon checkout.

If you would like any of these services, you must reserve them in advance so they can be arranged by the time of your arrival.
Additional services must be paid for either by bank transfer 4 days before your arrival or in cash to the person conducting the exit inspection.
