New and comfortable house ideally located for your vacation.
A few steps from L'Espace Loisirs de Gujan-Mestras (aqualand, kid Park, swimming pool, laser Länder, tree climbing etc.) and 5 minutes from the beach, SNCF station, the port and shops by car.
Our house is made to welcome you for vacations with family or friends.
You can enjoy a barbecue and plancha area outside, a pétanque court and a small children's play and sand area. The house has three bedrooms, a bathroom with WC, a separate WC, a large open kitchen and a living/dining room.
A deposit check of €250 will be requested upon entry.

I've been there with some friends and the house is espectacular. I would recommend this one to anyone. I would like to repeat. The house is beautiful and is prepared for everything.

Beautiful home - wonderful stay.

My husband and I spent 9 nights here recently with our adult son and daughter. The house is absolutely beautiful and extremely comfortable. All the facilities are like new. The attention to detail is second to none. The garden is a great space to relax, with comfortable furniture and a lovely outdoor dining area. The air conditioning was much appreciated. There are excellent facilities for families travelling with babies or young children. The location was perfect for us. We like to walk, so we're happy to walk to the plage, restaurants and train station in La Hume (35 mins walk). It was also a great base for us to explore the area by car. We visited Arcachon, Cap Ferret, dunes du pilat and Andernos Les Bains. The owners were prompt with communication. Check in was easy. This house is perfect! Don't hesitate to book.

Cette maison était parfaitement conforme à la description. Son état neuf, son équipement complet et de bonne qualité qualité nous ont permis un séjour en famille très agréable. Le lieu est calme et facile à vivre. La communication a été facile et réactive avec l’hôte.

Nous avons bien apprécié la maison très propre, magnifiquement équipée de tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin et même plus avec de nombreux produits de base pour la cuisine alimentaire et son entretien . De très gentilles attentions dans le frigo et même dans le congélateur ( glaces, frites au four, glaçons).Bonne literie et lits faits à notre arrivée ( très apprécié).Seul petit bémol signalé: un apport de lumière supplémentaire dans la cuisine/ salle à manger serait apprécié pour des yeux de septuagénaires.L’environnement est relativement calme. Il faut peut être fermer les fenêtres des 2 chambres côté rue le matin car voitures y passent à vive allure. Une des 3 chambres donne sur la climatisation placée à l’extérieur et un voisin qui laisse ses lumières d’entrée toujours allumées mais nous n’y avons pas dormi.Le parc de la Cheneraie à 5’ à pieds est magnifique, à l’ombre pour de belles balades à pied avec le chien, du jogging et même du vélo. IdéalAccueil parfait et propriétaire très réactive. Belle location à recommander

Maison moderne tout confort idéalement située pour visiter le bassin

Nous avons passé un super moment dans la maison, confortable, bien équipée et moderne. Elle offre un bel espace extérieur pour manger et profiter du salon de jardin à l’abri du soleil. Nous avons pu facilement rejoindre en voiture les sites du bassin d’Arcachon à visiter.
