Ideal for a weekend or a week. Come and discover the Puisaye in Burgundy two hours from Paris by the A77. <br>You will stay in this renovated townhouse with quality materials: Burgundy stone floor, wooden beams... <br>It is entered through a large living-dining room with a wood-burning fireplace (insert). This large living room of 50m2 is an invitation to idleness and convivial meals with family or friends. Meals that you can prepare in the fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, induction hob, kitchen utensils...). Extend these pleasant moments on the south-facing terrace to enjoy 100% of the sun. Plenty of storage space accommodates luggage and personal belongings. Wi-Fi Internet (fibre) and 35-channel television.<br>Upstairs, two large bedrooms. One with a double bed (160x200) and an office area, the other with two single beds (90x190). New bedding installed in August 2024 with a 160x200 spring mattress (thickness 25cm) and two 90x190 spring mattresses (thickness 20cm). A bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet. <br>The first floor is accessed by a staircase without ramps (not recommended for people with mobility problems; caution for young children). <br>Quiet rest assured, the house overlooking on one side a quiet street located in a 20km/h zone, and on the other, on the garden. <br>House in the immediate vicinity of the castle of Saint-Fargeau, 10 minutes walk from the shops, 5km from the Bourdon lake. <br>Many activities within a radius of 10km: castle of Guédelon, Maison de Colette, Parc de Boutissaint and tree climbing... and other advice for your stay and provided in the welcome booklet on site!<br><br>Atout France 3-star furnished tourist accommodation rating - 2025

The check in was without any problems, after contact the host. She explained the interieur and we could enjoy the clean, cosy and quiet house. We ave had only breakfast and small meals there. The kitchen was very clean and comfortable.The check out was without any problems as well. We had to start very early, so we informed our host and left the key there. This house was our basis to explore the different attractions of this area. The event 'Spectacle Historique' in Saint Fargaux was unspectedly for us, but one of the highlights.

Petite maison de ville rénovée avec goût.Lumineuse, bien agencée, avec un grand jardin, parfaite pour un couple et deux enfants.Au calme tout en étant à dix minutes à pied du château. De nombreuses activités à faire aux alentours de St Fargeau.

Superbe logement

En pleine canicule la maison était fraîche et agréable. A deux pas du centre ville, la rue est calme et sans passage. La baignade a 10 minutes dans le lac et Guedelon à 15 minutes sont très accessibles. Le séjour est spacieux et permet d’y habiter à 4 sans se marcher dessus. La terrasse avec la pergola est très agréa le soir pour profiter

Séjour à Saint Fargeau

Hébergement très bien situé, au calme, près du centre ville et des lieux à découvrir dans la région (château de Saint Fargeau, chantier médiéval de Guédelon, carrière d'Aubigny, centre équestre des Grilles). Possibilité de garer la voiture devant le gîte. Ancienne maison très bien rénovée, très claire, spacieuse, très propre. WC au rez de chaussée et dans la salle d'eau au 1er étage. Pas de lave linge actuellement, dommage. Escalier à sécuriser.
