Gorgeous apartment in a great neighbourhood

We had a lovely stay at this apartment - the hosts were charming - very communicative and helpful. The flat was on the sixth floor but there was a lift (a very small one, but that didn't trouble us at all). You could see the top of the Sacre Coeur from the apartment, and the neighbourhood was lovely - a little corner shop opposite had everything we needed, and it was very well located for getting around Paris - being between two metro stations - both a very short walk away. We would happily stay here again, and do not hesitate to heartily recommend the apartment and the hosts.

France in a nutshell

Absolutely amazing! We arrived at Saturday in the morning. We were a bit early but that was absolutely no problem. Philippe let us in already at 14:30 ( originally 16:00). The apartment was exactly like on the pictures and better. It was very clean. The whole apartment is renovated in a very cool style. You feel very comfortable there. Most of the time we were on tour of course. If you leave the house, there are multiple restaurants to drink smth or eat spectacular food. The restaurant “la village” is wonderful. In the area around the apartment you get a well mixed portion of more and less rich ppl. There are really not much tourists around as well. A good thing in my opinion. Sacre ceour is not far away and you can easily get within 3 minutes to the next station(m4). There you can drive anywhere you want. Philippe was really friendly and helped us if we had questions. When we do the next trip to paris we will for sure try to book this apartment again!

Thank you for all your compliments, Phillip. We are very happy to know that you enjoyed your stay in Paris. This district of Paris, "le 18e arrondissement", is indeed a very friendly area with a somewhat "atmosphère de village". It is a neighborhood where Parisians live in a relatively happy and relaxed atmosphere. There are many restaurants, bars, many food shops and the famous "Rue du Poteau". The diversity of prices is greater than in the center of Paris. From here you can easily go anywhere since we are at the crossroads of 2 metro lines 3 minutes walk: the 4 (North-South, Châtelet: Saint-Michel...) and the 12 (west: Saint-Lazare, "Grands Magasins"...).

Perfekte Lage

Sehr charmante Gastgeber, toll ausgestattete Wohnung mit zwei großen Schlafzimmern. Perfekte Lage im 18. Arrondissement; nah gelegen an den Metrolinien 4 und 12.

charmant appartement bien placé

parfait pour séjourner en famille sur Paris, 15 min à pied de Montmartre, quartier vivant. Appartement très agréable, propriétaire charmant et facilement joignable. nous recommandons vivement!

Bonne location

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Paris et cet appartement y a contribué pour beaucoup. Nous pouvions y séjourner 6 facilement (nous étions 5). Appartement très propre, bien situé, à quelques minutes de 2 station de métro desservant plusieurs attractions de Paris. Merci aux hôtes. Nous recommandons cet appartement.
