Downtown Studio at The Lake -Unit 4

Modern meets quaint in this updated downtown studio. Enjoy second story living with street views and full amenities for a comfortable “home away from home” stay! Steps away from Fireman’s Beach, Icehouse Park, Silver Shores, Vacavi coffee shop, Lakeside Diner, gift/clothing shops and more. Located above a boutique clothing store and dog grooming service and across the street from Rising River Brewing. Relax in comfort with a well applianced kitchen, sitting area, king bed, and central air. Located 15 minutes from Meadville.
Welcome to the Lake!

DOCK space for fee near CL park WHEN available. We can provide contact.

The space
Bath towels, shampoo, and body soap are supplied.
Use personal accounts for smart TV as cable isn't provided. Wi-Fi password provided. Located above a pet grooming service and boutique, so there is potential for some day time noise, but we aim to keep that to a minimum.
There is NO lakeview in this unit.

Guest access
Our unit has a keyless locking system. On street parking or reserved parking in the rear of the building marked Unit 4. Entrance is on Water St. look for black door with Ardis logo. This is the door to use for accesses to your overnight stay.

Always an Amazing Stay

Location on the lake is perfect. Space and amenitoes are on point for 1 or 2 people! Come here once each summer, and I'll keep coming back!

Fantastic Studio

This studio was an oasis in the middle of the Conneaut Lake area. Very clean and had everything you would need for a stay! Location was great. Amazing coffee shop right downstairs! Everything to do was walkable or short drive away. We had the added bonus of fireworks the weekend we were there!

Great Studio by the Lake

This is my second time staying here for a long weekend away! Loved it both times! The Studio is always impeccably clean and has everything you'd need for your stay! Location can't be better, just walk downstairs, grab a morning coffee and sit by the lake! I'll be back again for sure!

Quaint and Comfortable,

Overall our stay here was wonderful. We were in town for a wedding in a nearby city and loved that we could wake up, grab coffee from the coffee shop below, walk across the street for brunch at the brewery, and walk the gorgeous lake. The condo is on a busy-ish so after traveling all night and getting in at 2am it was a little shocking to hear loud music and car breaks before 7am but that is to no fault of the owners.

Totally enjoyed our stay at this unit and it would be our first choice if visiting the area again. Unit is nicely decorated and very comfortable furniture and bedding. Very clean and new. Convenient location. Owner very responsive to any questions. Highly recommend this unit.

Steps Away From Fun

We are still new to Pennsylvania and this was our first visit to Conneaut Lake. The property location sits centrally in this small town above locals owned small shops and steps away from a brewery, restaurants and a short distance to a winery and a golf course. The studio is exceptionally clean and comfortable and while it is street side the town closes down around 10:00PM leaving it easy to sleep all night. Thanks to our hosts for keeping this VRBO a pleasant weekend stay!

Very nice room.

Excellent location; parked the car and never moved it. The room could benefit from room darkening blinds, especially during the Christmas season with the giant glowing snowflake just outside the windows. The stairs were a challenge for two seniors, but for younger people will probably not pose a problem. Otherwise the room was exactly as shown in the photos and was clean and spacious with a well stocked kitchen. We found it very comfortable.

We are always a phone call away and nearby for service. We live year round in Conneaut Lake and own other properties in town. I, David, am often on property as I have my business just steps away from the rental units.
