With an area of 27 m2 this studio cabin with terrace and elevator is located 2 steps from the beach. It can accommodate up to 4 people with its click-clac in the living room and its bunk beds in the cabin, the upper bed being not suitable for children under 6 years (Article 6 of Decree No. 95-949 of 25 August 1995). The bathroom is equipped with a bath with toilet. The living room offers a nice open view and has TV. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a coffee maker, a refrigerator, a dishwasher... This apartment is ideal for a seaside holiday. It will allow you to relax in a green environment. Please note that the end of stay cleaning, linen and towels are not included in the price. However if you wish, we invite you to contact us to add these services. A deposit of € 150 for the household and € 500 for the accommodation will be requested on the day of your arrival (sumes not collected or debited, as a guarantee).Private parking within the residence will allow you to park your car.
