Less than a minute walk off Hudson's bustling downtown Warren Street, this brand new renovation features: 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, large kitchen, living/dining room, laundry, an office and a brand new sprawling back deck. The house is conveniently located to Amtrak Hudson Train Station, or alternatively a 2 hour drive from NYC. Centrally located, you’ll be just 40 mins from both the Catskills and the Berkshires.

Family gathering for Thanksgiving

The property was immaculate and exactly as advertised. The went renovation was obvious and made our stay very comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed. Overall it was very comfortable.

Great stay in Hudson

Thanks for a lovely stay. Host was very communicative and minor hiccups were immediately resolved. House is in a great location, just a block of Warren Street with all the shops and restaurants. We were a group of friends 50+ doing a girls weekend and the place worked very well. There is street parking in front of the house and a municipal lot across the street - both metered, but free on weekends and holidays so.ni issues. Hope to come again.

Great house. 4 golfers. Each bedroom comfy. Good master with shower. Second full bath upstairs. Half bath downstairs. Living area and deck accommodated 4 people easy as pie and so did kitchen and dining room. Unlimited water and ice from fridge was great. Good air conditioner once u figure it out (use first floor then second floor in that order). Parking was easy but metered 9-5 M-Sat, cheap tho. Free parking around corner but never used it. If gone all day it’s a non issue but bring quarters and parked a few feet from the front door. Easy walk to all shops and restaurants in Hudson. Host very responsive. Great stay. Would stay again.

Great Newly Renovated

The house was newly renovated and nicely decorated only one block from Warren Street. Close to everything. The only dings I would give is that a nice small new deck with nice seating overlooked a yard filled with construction debris etc. I guess the renovation is not complete, but we were not told of this. Also, while Andrew was very responsive before our arrival and answered all of my questions, I never heard from him again; not even to see if all was well or anything needed. Not a huge deal. Just odd. I’d highly recommend the house.

cute and close to shops and restaurants on Warren St.

Owner very accommodating and easy to touch base with. Parking was not easy as it was metered and any non metered spots on the next block were always taken. Tiny back yard area off deck needs some TLC.

Simply the best!

Location location! Minimalistic decorations makes it even more beautiful! Zen feeling in the house! Even space for family yoga! Plenty of space for family to share space without getting in each other's way. Could not have asked for more, thank you!

Lovely rental in downtown Hudson!

We had a great stay at at Happiest in Hudson. The rental is well equipped for a group, centrally located just a block off Warren Street, and extremely comfortable. Andrew, the host, was helpful and very quick to respond. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
