Downtown Traverse City Condo Near Beach

Convenient access to all Traverse City has to offer from this downtown condo! Built in 2004 and renovated in 2018, this three bedroom condo is located within walking distance from Traverse City's best shopping, dining and nightlife. The West Bay's beautiful sandy beaches are a short walk away. The condo is next to the TART trail system, and across the street from a large park with a playground (and skating rink in the winter). Wineries, golf courses, and dunes are just a short drive away.

This is a two-story air-conditioned condo located on the second and third levels of the building. The first floor contains a fully-equipped, modern kitchen, half bathroom, and spacious living/dining area. The second floor contains three bedrooms and a full bathroom. Additional amenities include a washer/dryer, gas fireplace, and two balconies that overlook a park.

The condo is fully equipped with all bed and bath linens, along with all dishes, glasses, pots and pans. Also included is a pack n' play and high chair for families with young children.

There is a designated parking spot for this condo, along with an additional guest parking space. Free street parking may be available nearby.

New Year's Vacation

Our family enjoyed the condo. It was centrally located, in a quiet neighborhood. The condo had everything we need and it was very clean. Julie was responsive with a question about parking. It was easy to find and get into the building/condo. We would love to stay again.

Nice place for the race

A group in town for the iceman race. This place was nicely located close to town, several bike shops, and the TART trail.

Great location

This condo was perfect for my family’s needs for a few days. We were able to walk downtown and had plenty space. Host was very easy to work with and quick to respond.

Great summer vacay

Stayed with the full family and the place had everything we needed. Downtown location, ample parking, clean and well stocked, with lots of room to hang out before going on Traverse City adventures. Hosts are organized and responsive. Five stars all around.

Spacious Condo

We were in town for a family wedding and this condo was in a perfect location for all of the activities we had planned. There are a lot of stairs but we actually appreciated the bedrooms being upstairs so those that wanted to sleep in were separated from the early riser children in our group. Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable and it was well stocked.

Great place!

Wonderful property and great location. The only negatives were some of the bedroom doors didn’t shut completely and the blinds in one of the bedrooms was broken. But completely minor overall and don’t affect our stay that much. Julie was attentive and easy to get a hold of. Overall a great property and I would definitely book this property again.

Great place

Communication with host was prompt and all questions answered. Place is exactly as stated and very well kept. Only draw back was we had my 70 year old parents and quite a few steps to entrance and bedrooms. It's is walking distance to downtown, but to the main stores and most restaurants, it's a good hike...so we drove half way into the town and parked. Would definitely recommend. Across from a park, but can't see the water. Host was great to work with!

Great condo for family!

The location was perfect, within walking distance to Clinch Beach, the park that was viewable from both balconies, and great restaurants. The owner's timely communication and responsiveness were impressive. The condo was clean, modern, and well-maintained, providing all the comforts of home. It was family-friendly, catering to our needs and making the trip stress-free. We highly recommend this condo for its prime location, exceptional cleanliness, and excellent owner communication. A fantastic experience overall!

Family and Festival

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was just the right fit for our family during the Cherry Festival. We were also visiting family in the area and could have easily entertained there as well. The F&M Park across the street was full of activities during the week which we could watch from either balcony. We walked daily to shops, restaurants, and the festival. We also enjoyed the beach at Sunset Park across the street (be careful crossing). Our host, Julie, was gracious and communicative. We hope to stay here again.

Awesome property

This was the perfect place for a short stay in TC. Spotless, comfy, every amenity needed and clear and concise communication. The only hiccup which was no fault of the owner was a neighbor who repeatedly questioned and confronted my party as if we had no right to be at the property but I think their personal bias is what made them think that was an appropriate thing to do. I highly recommend Julie’s property. It was PERFECTION!

Wow! Loved this place!

Great location to get to all of what Traverse City has to offer. Everything was clean and newer and odor free. Beds were comfortable, shower head was high enough for the 6+ footers in the family and did not run out of hot water. Bedrooms curtains when full closed made the rooms very dark, Nice! Owner responsive, when we got there the fireplace would not turn on. They sent someone same day to fix. We stayed with our college age children and appreciated the games in the front closet. Will stay here again.

Friends Getaway

Quick getaway with a couple friends and this place hit the mark. It was spacious, clean, close to downtown if you want to walk and within short driving distance to many other area attractions (wineries, etc.). Would def. stay here again!
