Sunset House offers a picturesque western exposure over a heated pool and hot tub, perfect for breathtaking sunsets. The home features:

Four en-suite bedrooms equipped with TVs and fine linens.
Two family rooms with comfortable seating areas and TVs.
A seamless flow from the interior to expansive outdoor spaces.
A covered lanai with a TV seating area.
An outdoor kitchen with seating and six sun loungers.
Under-dock lighting for nighttime viewing of minnows, with potential sightings of stingrays, manatees, and dolphins.
Four bikes and two paddle boards available for guest use.

Rental Policies:

Age Requirement: Adults aged 25 or older are required to reserve the home.

Smoking and Pets: No smoking or animals are allowed on the premises due to allergies.
Parking: No boats or trailers can be parked in the driveway or on the street. Cars must not block the sidewalk.

Sunset House offers stunning western exposure over a heated pool and hot tub. The Sunset House features four en-suite bedrooms with TV's and fine linens. Two family room's that feature comfortable seating area's with TV's. The interior opens effortlessly to the endless outdoor space. The covered lanai offers a TV seating area. The outdoor kitchen offers seating along with 6 sun loungers. Enjoy the under dock lighting while watching the minnows swim in circles. Sting ray, manatee, and dolphin sightings are known to happen. Four bikes are supplied for your use. Two paddle boards are supplied for your use.

The Sunset House is within easy walking or biking distance to the beach, Esplanade shoppes, Marco Towne Center Mall, marina, and restaurants.

Adults age 25 or older required to reserve our home.

Check In Time is 4:00 pm
Check Out Time is 10:00 am

NO SMOKING and NO ANIMALS are allowed. We have family and friends who are allergic.
NO boats or trailers can be parked in the driveway or on the street. Cars cannot block the sidewalk.
All rates are subject to change. Discounts may apply for long term rentals.

Great Vacation!

Great location on the island with west exposure. We enjoyed all the amenities - great outdoor set-up with large pool area, hot tub, fire pit table was a nice bonus and a large pier for fishing. The house was beautifully decorated with multiple patio sliding doors opening to the outdoor space. The kitchen was well stocked and comfortable beds - highly recommend.

This home is everything you could ask for. Absolutely beautiful and right on the bay. Interior and exterior are even prettier than pictures. Sara was a wonderful host and communication was great. Our family loved this vacation together.

This home is every bit as beautiful as it appears in the listing, and we really enjoyed our stay. We rented a boat for the week and there was plenty of room at the dock to tie it up. The house really flows indoor/outdoor with the sliding doors open. I definitely recommend this home.

The house is great for multiple families. Each bedroom having a bathroom is great. The outdoor area is amazing. We saw dolphins one of the evenings. The owners are very helpful and respond instantly. The location is close to everything you need.

Highly recommend!!!

This property was the perfect accommodation for my family and me. We have a four month so finding a place to stay that would fit his needs was tough. Sara was the perfect host. She had everything at the property to make our son comfortable. The property itself was spotless. Any questions we had, Sara was quick to answer. The outdoor entertainment area was the perfect setup. The pool was incredible and faced west, which made for great sunsets every night. The home is large enough for everyone to have their own space. It’s location was ideal. I would highly recommend this property. We will definitely be back!!

Incredible Sunsets

Wonderful home and plenty of space! There is a long list of things we appreciated. Valued the pool and hot tub set up, outdoor seating with fire pit and TV, upstairs seating areas and balcony for sunsets, filtered water system, dual closets in master, remote controlled shades in master, lighting system where lights turned off after a short time in closets and laundry room. Little touches like that where very nice. And the location on the island is excellent!! Sadly, the bikes advertised for use were a too small for us so we had to rent different ones. Pool system/remote was complicated but worked great after we spent a bit of time figuring it out. No directions page in the binder. Highly recommend this home for independent renters who don't need much assistance.
