The town home features a fully stocked kitchen with all the amenities of home. Sleeping arrangements include 2 bedroom (2 king size serta-perfect sleepers), 2.5 bath, Dual washer/dryers, single car garage. Snow removal from driveway and walkways professionally maintained. Gas fireplace.

A wonderful house in a great location

We absolutely loved our stay in this house. It's well-positioned for easy access to Park City for skiing (5-minute drive to Canyons Village, 15 minutes to the main village) and in a nice, quiet residential neighborhood. The layout of the house make it easy to find your own space, whether in one of the bedrooms, the cozy loft area, or on the main floor. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped and the living room's surround sound system is a nice bonus when watching shows or movies, or even playing games. My wife and I were very happy here and will stay again the next time we come to Park City.

Great location to everything

Pros: Great location it’s close to everything around the area. You’re a few miles to Park City and Deer Valley for skiing. The property is very roomy. The beds are very comfortable. Both bathrooms upstairs are very nice. It sleeps 8 easily. It has 2 washer and dryer’s if you have a large crew this would come in very handy. The fireplace work great and heats up the family room nicely.The cons: The hot water to the sink in the upstairs master takes a long time to heat up and there is not a lot of pressure. I am not sure why because the shower got hot almost instantly and had great water pressure.We couldn’t get the microwave to work. The tv’s in the second bedroom and family room worked great we couldn’t figure out how to work the master bedroom. Lastly if you have a large vehicle you not going to be able to use the garage. We had a Jeep Wrangler which was relatively small and it was tight. Overall I would highly recommend this property the pros definitely outweigh the cons.

Great place!

Convenient to the mountain, super spacious, well equipped and comfortable and the host was really nice & went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable.

Great location, quiet neighborhood.

Close to the lifts and lots of shopping yet in a quiet neighborhood. The amenities are great, comfortable beds, towels. Well stocked kitchen. Coffee pods provided were a nice touch. Great place to stay. The owner was very responsive and friendly.

Nice place, clean, well stocked with everything you need.

Great location, the neighborhood is nice. Short drive or bus ride to all Park City has to offer. Host was excellent and responsive. Stay here you won’t be disappointed.

Fantastic

Easy check in. Was a great location, close to the city bus. Nice kitchen and dining room. Would recommend this townhouse for anyone who likes a nice quiet location.
