The villa’s rooms flow seamlessly into one another: The entryway opens onto a beautiful double living room facing south, where two large picture windows offer views of the terrace and the secluded garden. The living area, furnished with two lovely sofas, welcomes you with a high-end multimedia package (42" QLED TV, Wi-Fi router) and access to Netflix, Apple TV+, OCS, and more. An open, fully equipped, and brand-new kitchen makes cooking a breeze and delights even the most discerning gourmets: oven, induction cooktop, range hood, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker & Nespresso machine, electric kettle, toaster... A large bedroom and a bathroom with a spacious shower area complete this first level.

Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms with high-quality beds for restful nights. One room features a beautiful balcony overlooking the garden and the sea and is furnished with a double bed. A second bedroom has 2 single beds, while the third bedroom upstairs offers 2 single beds that can be pushed together to form a large double bed (160 cm wide).
On the same floor, there is a bathroom with a shower and a towel dryer, as well as a separate toilet.

On the lower floor, you’ll find a completely renovated, separate area with a living space (living room, open kitchen) that opens onto a small terrace. A bedroom with a double bed adjoins this area and features a bathroom with a beautiful shower and a separate toilet.
