This gorgeous five-bedroom, seven-bathroom home along the Hillsboro inlet was designed with elegance and luxury in mind. As soon as you step in through the ornate front doors, you are greeted with an elegantly decorated seating and living area. The stunning water views and beautiful Hillsboro Inlet Lighthouse can be seen through the home’s enormous floor to ceiling windows. On the bottom floor, there is a gym, fully equipped theater room, pool table, and a spacious bedroom. On the next level, enjoy a spacious kitchen with a double oven, bar, island and plenty of cooking supplies to make any chef feel at home. Enjoy your meals at the eight-seater dining room table and take advantage of the home’s wine cellar. For those who like a quiet place to work, a fully decorated, cozy den is available for your convenience. Unwind and relax in the living room with a massive television and comfortable seating. Upstairs, there are spacious, beautifully decorated bedrooms, a loft with a view of the lower floor, and the breathtaking master bedroom. On the porch connected to the bedroom you can travel up the spiral staircase to the fenced rooftop terrace. The outdoor pool is enormous, with crystal-clear water, a decorative waterfall feature, jacuzzi, plenty of seating, beautiful grass and even a golf hole ready for use! Regarding our jacuzzi, it's a bit different from the traditional ones you might be familiar with—instead of standard jets, it features a unique water-circulating system. Rest assured, the spa heater is fantastic and will reach the perfect temperature for your comfort. If you fancy a boat ride, there is a dock to accommodate any size vessel you would wish to take out into the ocean.

The Neighborhood:
Due to Broward County law, there is no street parking while using a vacation rental. Additionally, there is a noise ordinance in effect. After 10pm each night there is absolutely no loud noise outside permitted.

You will be asked to sign our standard rental agreement with a breakdown of fees. The rental contract is a standard agreement that all guests are required to sign. A 3% processing fee is required for all confirmed reservations as well as a refundable security deposit of $5,000.00.
If you would like the pool heated during your stay please let us know at least 24 hours prior to your arrival. Pool heat is an additional $100/day.
