The Cocoonr agency propose to you with the hiring, in Nantes, this charming apartment of a surface of 47 m ² and being able to accomodate 2 travellers. Located on the 3rd floor (with elevator), it is composed of a pretty living room of 26 m ², equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a bathroom (with shower).

The accommodation is composed as follows:

- A living room of 26 m² with TV, wifi
- A kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, cooking plates...
- A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190). Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, dish towels), your bed will be prepared on your arrival.
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet

For even more comfort : washing machine, ironing board and iron.

The apartment is ideally located in Nantes, on one of the most popular streets in Nantes, the rue Crebillon, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential stores but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park close to the Graslin parking lot (covered parking less than 5 minutes away on foot).

As for other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nantes train station at only 3 streetcar stations (about 10 min)
- Airport at 30 min from the city center shuttle (every 20 minutes)

El apartamento me encantó muy amplio con una ventana y vista hermosa . tranquilo y limpio con todo lo que necesitas para una buena estadía . Está en una calle peatonal en el centro donde tienes cerca todo. Tiene ascensor que es un plus pero estaba dañado el telefonillo sin embargo se ofrecieron a revisarlo pero como mi estadía era corta no fue necesario . Gracias por su recibimiento

Le Puits d'Argent "Nous avons grandement apprécié notre séjour au logement ""Le Puits d'Argent"". Son emplacement est idéal et il offre un grand confort. L'accueil de Michèle était à la fois complet et concis, ce qui correspondait parfaitement à nos attentes. La communication a été exemplaire. Nous avons également été sensibles aux petites attentions telles que la mise à disposition de cafés/thés, de savon et d'articles de cuisine. La grande télévision nous a été d'un grand secours lors d'une soirée pluvieuse, et la présence de Netflix a été une agréable surprise ! Nous sommes donc extrêmement satisfaits de notre séjour."

Le Puits d'Argent "El alojamiento estaba situado muy céntrico. El acceso al edificio era fácil y el ascensor aunque no muy grande, era suficiente para el carro de un bebé y dos adultos. El alojamiento es tal y como se muestra en las fotos, limpio, acogedor y ordenado. El único pero que podemos ponerle es que hay varios escalones en la casa que con un carro de bebé dificultan las cosas un poco. El alojamiento estaba limpio aunque el sofá tenía varias manchas. Tanto las sábanas como las toallas estaban impecables. La cocina tiene todo lo que se pueda necesitar para una estancia: platos, vasos, vajilla, incluso cafetera de cápsulas, horno y tostador. El frigorífico aunque parezca pequeño enfría perfectamente! Así que la cocina en general es fantástica! Por poner alguna pega, la cisterna del baño sonaba constantemente durante la noche, lo solucionamos cerrando la puerta tanto del dormitorio como del baño. El calienta toallas del baño no conseguimos que funcionase. En líneas generales muy bien todo"

Le Puits d'Argent "Das Apartment ist ideal, um Nantes kennen zulernen. Es liegt perfekt in der Innenstadt und Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Bars kann man sehr leicht zu Fuß erreichen. (Für alle, die mit dem Wagen kommen, gibt es ein Parkhaus an der Place Bretagne. Parken in den Straßen ist nur nachts umsonst.) Ein Apartment, das wir gern weiter empfehlen."
