Recently renovated 1960's Popular Mechanics kit-home cottage on 63 private acres near the Berkshire's. Enjoy spectacular mountain views all year round. This 4 season cottage is only 20 minutes away from Tanglewood, Lenox, and ALL that the Berkshire has to offer. 15 mins away from Jiminy Peak ski resort and others. The Cottage sits on a private hill, just minutes away from cafes, restaurants, farmers' markets and a brewery! Only 10 minutes away guests have access to a private beach at the area's preeminent lake (Queechy lake) for swimming, kayaking and summer fun. The property has an expansive lawn with a large deck surrounded by birds, butterflies, over 20 apple trees, wild berries, and the uninterrupted night sky for stargazing. Perfect for city dwellers looking for a getaway or a small family looking for new adventures. Come enjoy the simplicity of nature.

Great retreat!

A sanctuary for writers and astronomers! Exquisite cottage and surroundings. Short hop to all that goes on in the Berkshires. You won't want to leave!

Lovely countryside retreat

This is a very pretty, well-maintained property on a clearing in the woods. Beautiful views from the main room and the main bedroom, and trails all about the property. Just as pictured. Recommend.
