この7階のエンドユニットからの眺めは、広々とした海岸の景色とすべての人に十分な座席を備えた、非常に長い大型のバルコニー（420平方フィート）から見事です。コンドミニアムには、2つのマスターベッドルームとリビングルームがあり、すべてバルコニーに隣接しています。湾の景色は、手付かずの白いビーチと湾のきらめくエメラルド色の海を一望できます。この美しいコンドミニアムは、トロピックウィンズ3ベッドルーム、低床、2つのマスターベッドルームを備えた数少ないコンドミニアムの1つです。複合施設には、屋内/屋外プール、ホットタブ、サウナ、フィットネスセンターがあります。予約された駐車場は、エレベーターの真向かいに位置しています。追加の車両は、通りの向かいのオーバーフロー駐車デッキに駐車します。

家具からアートワーク、アクセサリーまで、すべてのアイテムは専門家による厳選されたものであるため、ご自宅のようにくつろいでお過ごしいただけます。オーシャンフロントの2つのマスタースイートには、キングベッド、戸棚、ナイトスタンド、クローゼット、シャワーと浴槽を備えた専用バスルームがあります。

3番目のベッドルームには、ツインベッド、ドレッサー引き出し、クローゼットがあります。すべてのベッドルームにはテレビとDVDプレーヤーがあります。 3番目のバスルームにはシャワーと浴槽があります。

Family Vaca

Every detail from check in to check out was absolutely trouble free. The condo itself is exactly as pictured and the view was beautiful. We had all the needed kitchen utensils to fix breakfast, lunch and dinner every day. The reserved beach chairs were nice. We will definitely be back.

Amazing

Amazing corner condo with awesome views. Very clean, very quiet, no problem with elevators. Pool, hot tub, and grills were great.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo. Excellent location on edge of PCB away from most of thr hustle and bustle. Wonderful beachfront location. Enjoyed watching dolphins, sting rays, and various birds from our balcony, as well as beautiful sunrises and sunsets,

Time to update decor

Only complaint is living room furniture is uncomfortable and condo decor is outdated . We had friends staying on 11th flour and decor was beachy , inviting and comfortable .

Condo was perfect for us 2 king bdrm and one with 2 single beds. Plenty of room on baloney and in the living area. We walked everyday for 2 miles no problems. Condo was clean and in excellent condition. We would love to come back again.

Great Spot

Great Spot, condo was clean and well furnished and located on the “quiet end” of PCB. The fact that it had two master bedrooms with kings makes it ideal for families traveling together. Our only complaint…the elevators are slow and seemingly having issues (1-2 out of 3 down at differing times) during our stay. I can’t blame that on the condo owner or the managing group (Greta’s… who were excellent) but to the building owner(s), clearly there is some work to be done. ** if you have a large truck (F-250, 350 etc) consider driving in with something else, parking is premium here. Even in our Expedition, it was extremely tight, there’s no way I could’ve got my truck in and around. All in all, excellent stay !!! Definitely coming back again

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Greta's service was prompt and personal. We had a great time and the condo was as described and lovely. You can't beat the porch. There were several chipped dishes and cups, but there was a lot of dishes. We did have to purchase a cheese grater. The only true complaint is the master bed mattress in the gold colored room. I literally rolled towards the middle of the mattress when we were both in bed. A suggestion for the bathrooms would be safety bars. At least in one of the master bathrooms. We had a 89 year old with us who would have benefited from bars.

Would NEVER recommend this rental to anyone!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were charged close to $3,000 for a week stay, it was so dirty that we had to wash our bedding before we could sleep, the dirt and dust on the furniture was hideous! I have pictures of it all! It was dark, all the decor was dark and depressing. The furniture was beat down and old. It was just terrible. We made it very clear to the owner about our stay and our concern to have paid so much money for such a dark, old, dirty place! The owner didn't even give us a discount but offered us a cleaning fee which five months later we still have never received. Very unprofessional. would not recommend this rental group to anyone.

Ms. Morgan, I'm not sure what prompted you to send this review 5 months after your stay but I would like to set the record straight. Perhaps you have forgotten, but my filed records reflect that I was in the unit with you and your guest when you checked-in with your luggage. I had you to inspect the unit, while I waited, to insure it met your satisfaction. Your roommate found a few issues and we had the supplies on-hand to take care of them right then. When this offer was made, we were instructed by your roommate that she would take care of it herself. I informed her to just let me know if she changed her mind. In fact, your roommate informed us that she cleans houses for a living and it would be her preference to take care of it. We did not hear back from you again for the rest of the week until late afternoon on Friday (6 days later), less than 24 hrs from your check-out time. At that time your roommate and yourself came to my office and expressed just how dissatisfied you were with the room after you had enjoyed it for 6 days without a complaint. When meeting privately with you, you also were somewhat apologetic for your roommate and indicated you were not like her. This caught us by surprise, we thought you were perfectly happy the entire week and we were confused as to why you would wait until a few hours before you check-out to inform us. In any case, a demand for compensation was made to “satisfy your roommate”. I offered you 1/2 the cleaning fee (not the whole cleaning fee) and asked you to contact Greta to make arrangements. We never heard from you. Over the course of a year we will encounter 3-5 renters who will stay the entire week, have wonderful beach vacations, and then demand compensation. We normally do not provide any refunds to these guests after watching them enjoy the unit, enjoy the amenities, enjoy the beach, and never get a complaint until the night before check-out, as such was the case with you and your guests.
