This listing is for the upstairs unit that has two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, full kitchen, living room and upper level brand new deck.

Welcome to the Tree House where you have all the comforts you are looking for in a unique way.
This beautiful round house is tucked away in the mountains of Helen. Nestled in the trees, there is complete privacy and tranquility on this acre of land.
The inside of the house has plenty of personality. Unique bedrooms allow for rest and inspiration.
The space
Grey Bedroom - sleeps 2, queen bed
Green Bedroom - sleeps 2, queen bed
Two full size bathrooms
Full sized kitchen

Please note, this is for the upstairs unit only. You have a private entrance and private deck.

The downstairs unit will also be occupied and has a separate entrance.
Guest access
Guests have access to upstairs level, upper deck and driveway.

This is a gated a community and the guard is on duty until 10:00pm. Guests must check in by 10:00 p.m. and fill out a rental agreement with vehicle info before arrival. This is a requirement of the community.
Other things to note
Please note, this is for the upstairs unit only. You have a private entrance and private deck.

The downstairs unit will also be occupied and has a separate entrance.

There is NO fireplace, fire pit or grill.

All guests must register at the guard gate.
Gate address is 15 Bahn Innsbruck, Helen GA 30545. Please request gate code for after hours access from the guard at registration.

Check in is at 3pm. Guests can check in no later than 10pm.

If you are driving to Helen coming from the North, GPS will take you to the back gate which is located off SR 365. Guests do not have access to this gate per Innsbruck Community rules.

At the house there is a smart lock on the front door. Touch lock in bottom left corner to light the keypad, then enter your code

Great for large family to stay together

Our family stayed here together because our son was graduating from college. It was great because we were all able to be together. We mostly stayed in the cabin and really enjoyed the open concept and the outdoor area. Staying here helped make a great memory for our family! We hope to return.

Very attentive property manager

We loved this house and it was SO CLEAN! You could not have asked for a better location either! Right in the middle of Helen but also private enough that we couldn’t see another house from our porch! It had everything we needed too! We had a hiccup with the A/C and Stephanie was SO ATTENTIVE and kept in contact with us the whole process and until it was fixed! We will definitely be staying again!

Stephanie was absolutely fantastic. She went far above and beyond in making sure that my group and I were taken care of perfectly. She worked with me thru some inconveniences and everything. Also, the place was awesome! Ina. Really nice and secure neighborhood tucked back in the woods. Beautiful scenery and the place was a really cool and unique spot. Bathrooms everywhere which was nice too. I would highly recommend this place/host. Really was a great experience all around.

The location is perfect. You can get to anything in downtown Helen within 5-10 minutes.

Adorable Tree House

This was a perfect get away for a big group. Very centrally located but felt like we were far away from the hussle and bussle. Was very well stocked and Stephanie was very easy to work with! We will definitely be back!

3rd annual Destination Christmas

My husband and I started Destination Christmas when we noticed Christmas was “different” when our children became young adults. So we decided Instead of “gifts” we would make memories! The Treehouse was the perfect place to create memories this year! Merry Christmas! 🎄

Great family vacation! Perfect location!

We spent mornings drinking coffee on the deck with the amazing view and evenings bbq and playing family games. Everyone enjoyed the space of the treehouse. Loved seeing all the wildlife! Beautiful memories were made in the treehouse!
