This nicely decorated unit with 10' x 28' very spacious balcony will provide you with the ultimate luxury and comfort. You will find this condominium offers many wonderful features to fit all your vacation needs.

Your luxury condominium has a beautiful fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops. Breakfast bar area and spacious eat in dining area for all your entertaining needs. Now it’s time to sit back and relax. Spend quality family time in this spacious living room that was designed with luxury and comfort in mind. You will have a queen size sleeper sofa and additional seating for you to relax and watch the large HD flat screen TV. Wi Fi Service included. Washer and Dryer in the unit.

The scenic gulf front master bedroom with balcony access has a KING size bed for you ultimate comfort. You have your own private master bath with beautiful custom granite countertops and double vanity. Your second bedroom offers you 2 Queen size beds. Both bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TVs. There is NO CARPET in this unit, custom tile throughout.

You will enjoy one of the best balconies on the beach! A spacious gulf front balcony (10'x 28') for you to experience the most incredible sunsets and beautiful views of the Emerald Coast.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: Occupancy Limit is no more than 6 guests in unit. You must be age 25 or older to book and you must be present at check-in and during the stay. Pets are not allowed and will result in removal from property. This is a NON-SMOKING resort, not even on the balcony. If you plan on smoking throughout your vacation, please book a different property. Smoking can result in removal from property and loss of deposit. Quiet hours are to be abided by, no loud music, no parties, no large gatherings permitted. You must respect your neighbors right to enjoyment of their balcony. Rental Property Manager will require a signed rental agreement, indicating your agreement to the rental terms, conditions, and rules. Rental Manager may require your ID for guest verification, local, legal, or building security reasons. The Rental Property Manager as well as building association staff are on-site to insure rules and terms are being followed.

Would definitely stay here again. The condo was clean, equipped with all you could need. The location was great and the view was beautiful. The only reason I did not give 5 stars in the elevators. Only 1 was working out of 3 and at one point it did not work and we had to take the stairs to the 13th floor and couple of times

I made my decision to book with Gretas beach rentals because of my interaction with Riley... I just knew we were in good hands. This was our first family vacation to the Gulf and it was amazing! The condo itself was beautiful and accommodating with everything we needed plus much more. We were able to cook with ease because of the fully equipped kitchen. The balcony and view was the highlight of our stay. Completely amazed at how clean everything was and the wonderful outdoor seating was perfect. We will definitely be back...soon!

This was our 3rd or 4th rental with Greta, and her team is always great! With that said - this condo was the best unit we’ve ever stayed in! We’ve loved our past experiences, but this one just checked every box for us. We loved that it didn’t have carpet. We loved that the den had two couches, and the balcony furniture was amazing. The beds were comfy and the TVs were great! It was also super clean, and the appliances were nice. They even had beach chairs and a cooler! We will definitely be back!

The beach view from the main area along with waking up to the beach view is top notch. The beds were so comfortable even more than mine at home. I wish I would of gotten the name of the mattress and pillows that’s how comfortable they were. It was extremely convenient to be able to do laundry and dishes within the condo too. Check in and check out was super easy. I couldn’t say more about this rental.

FANTASTIC stay

Impeccably clean on arrival. Great basic amenities in the condo. Huge balcony is amazing. Comfy beds and couches. Overall extremely quiet - never heard other guests. Check-in via keypad to the room was super convenient; no needing to "check in" with a receptionist. Pillows were still new and super thick/firm so may want to bring your own (depending on your body size and preference, it may raise your head too much). Rollout bed was a nice surprise so the siblings didn't have to share a bed if they didn't want to. Extra fleece blankets were available to use when lounging on couches and there were 2 extra comforters and one extra set of sheets for the rollout bed. There were some games and books in the TV cabinet. The laundry room had 6 beach chairs and the rolling cart (and some extra floaties and sand-toys in it probably left from previous guests). 3 elevators make it easy to get up/down the building. The two pools are conventient for those who want them. PCB beaches are amazing. A donut/ice-cream/food place, minigolf/cart-racing place, "everything a dollar" store, and an arcade are across the street. Just down a little further is a GREAT restaurant (Runaway Island) and across from that is Alvin's Island (store) and a strip with pizza place, a diner, mexican food, ice cream shop, liquor store, and a smaller beach store compared to Alvin's. The place is super convenient to Pier Park (tons of stores and entertainment) and WalMart. It's in a great spot. Front Beach Rd moves slowly, so plan accordingly, but ENJOY it. You're at the beach!

It had all the conveniences of home! The balcony was our favorite place to eat and lounge as we listened to the sounds of the ocean. Great location and accurate listing

Very comfortable and clean unit. Our family of four enjoyed this great location. Really enjoyed that the beach was not as crowded as some of the properties to the west. Convenient, clear parking area. The wagon provided in the unit for unloading was helpful. Be prepared to wait for the elevator at busy times, but it is manageable. We enjoyed the balcony area in the evenings. Conveniently located to some great dining spots. Donuts and coffee in the morning from Amore Donuts across the street. Enjoyed Runaway Island and Local Steamer (can order to go and eat on your balcony)! Beach/sand toys, boogie board, and beach chairs included in the unit were all very nice to have. We plan to return. Thoroughly pleased with our stay!

The balcony was massive, with places for us all to sit comfortably with our spouses or eat together at the dining table. We really appreciated the beach chairs in the laundry room available as well.There was a beach front restaurant within walking distance we loved and recommend for great seafood and the staff was hilarious. Our stay was very short, but we're already looking for a time to come back!
