Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you, in Lumio, in 800 meters of the beach and the navy, within a small residence of 4 residences, this charming air-conditioned apartment with sea view, of a surface of 64 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travelers. Located on the first floor, it is composed of a pretty living room of 32 m ², equipped kitchen, two beautiful rooms, a bathroom and a garden of approximately 60 m ². We are waiting for you !

The housing is composed as follows:
- A living room of 32 m² with a double sofa bed and TV, Wifi included
- An open kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates...

Night space:
- Bedroom 1 : a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: a bunk bed (two single beds)
- A bathroom with shower and toilet

For even more comfort : high chair, baby bed, plancha.

Outside :
- A closed garden of 60 m², exposed North.
- A main terrace, access through a bay window on the kitchen side, of 9m² with garden furniture and a parasol.
- Second wooden terrace at the end of the garden of 5m², with two sunbathing chairs to enjoy the beautiful days.

The apartment is ideally located in Lumio, in a very pleasant environment. The access to the beach is at 800 meters or the wild coast at 1,5 km. You will be near a bakery, restaurant, bar, supermarket at 800 meters (near beach), shopping centers at 10 kms (Calvi, but also Ile Rousse).

Activities :
The island of Beauty is full of natural and cultural activities, during your stay in Lumio you will have the opportunity to take advantage of the sunshine of the city to go to its various beaches to enjoy a quiet time or to try your hand at the many water activities: paddle, jetski, boat ride... If you are eager to discover the area, drive around to discover its wonders; ruins of Occi or the Agriates Desert are available to you! For the more adventurous, quad biking, 4x4 rides and hikes along the GR20 will seduce you.
- Event : Calvi on the Rock every year in July.

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly on the courtyard of the residence. This space is shared with the 4 other residences of the Villa and closed with a sliding gate.

As for other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Ile Rousse ferry station, about 20 minutes by car.
- Nearest airport: Calvi airport located at about 11 minutes by car.

Other remarks :
- Free Wifi available.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, with an extra charge: 18€ for 1 person and 35€ for 2 people (sheets, towels, bath mat, dish towel) (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site).
- The cleaning at the end of the stay includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Thank you for leaving it in a correct state of cleanliness and for cleaning the household appliances after use.
