Tranquil lake retreat gives you the best of Naples at your fingertips. Amazingly convenient location! You are less than 2 miles to downtown Naples restaurants, shopping & Tin City. community to go for morning walks or bike to the beach!

Spacious 2 bed 2 bath with over 1400 square feet to relax in. Beautiful water views from your screened in lanai with sliders to bring the outdoors in. Updated kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances. Community swimming pool, tennis court, pickle ball, shuffleboard, and barbecue grills.

If staying in and relaxing is your objective, you have a fully equipped kitchen to cook in, a spacious lanai with a beautiful view to dine or chill on & you can watch pelicans, ducks, egrets, and sometimes a visiting otter.

The community is within the area to use the app “Slidr” for free rides to the beach or anywhere within their service area. Uber or Lyft is a short ride to downtown Naples.

Note: The condo is on the second floor. One flight up. There is no elevator. No shared walls with neighbors. Just neighbors underneath on the ground floor.

Vacances idéales

Nous y avons séjourné en novembre 2022. Ce condo est très bien situé. Près de la 5e avenue tout en étant dans un endroit tranquille, au bord d'un lac. Le condo est très propre et il possède tout le nécessaire. Comme si vous étiez à la maison ! Sophia s'est montré disponible et très facile à joindre. Elle a laissé des notes très utiles dans le condo. Nous avons eu un problème avec le WiFi parce que nous avions un numéro de téléphone Canadien. Sophia nous a aidé à obtenir le code nécessaire. Nous avons beaucoup fréquenté la piscine sur le site, que nous avons adoré. Tout le site est propre et agréable. Il est facile de marcher dans le voisinage et de s'y sentir en sécurité. L'environnement est extraordinaire. Près de toutes les commodités, mais dans un environnement tranquille. À 5 minutes de la 5e avenue en auto et 30 minutes à la marche. Au bout de la 5e avenue vous trouverez la plage. Repos garantis !

This property is located in a neighborhood that is close enough to Downtown Naples that you don't have to experience the traffic that those coming down from North Naples have to sit in. Access to the beach is also very easy. Everything is walkable or a very short Uber or Lyft ride.

この宿泊施設の特徴

The property has a water feature that has wonderful wildlife around it. We have watched mama ducks and their ducklings grow up right before our eyes. You can sit on the lanai and enjoy the view for hours. It is a wonderful walking neighborhood.
