Updated river house has a fully equipped kitchen with granite and new appliances. Master bedroom with king bed and bathroom along with a fold out ottoman. Another bedroom with queen bed and bathroom. Another bedroom with 2 twin beds and bathroom by hallway door. Another bedroom with 2 twin beds and bathroom. Living room has fold out love set and a fold out ottoman. Backyard has fishing on the river and room for outdoor activities. There is patio area with fire pit and gas grill. Spacious parking in front of the house.

This was our second stay at this property. As always, it was a pleasure communicating with Rod. There is plenty of room for our family to come together and spread out. The beds are comfortable, the 4 rooms and restrooms provided the privacy we desired, and the dining area was perfect for socializing and dining. We will definitely book again. The weather was perfect and we enjoyed every minute of wading the San Juan.

Code to get in didn’t work. Code changed so we could get in after a lengthy wait.Fold out bed needs replacing. Outdoor grill was not operable. Could have used directions for TV. Everything else good. Like the fishing theme throughout the place. Would consider staying again, with a promise code works upon arrival.

Love this place

Beautiful location, close to lake. Hot showers cold a/c and plenty of room for all of us. We have stayed here before and will always try to stay here when at Navajo!

We love staying at the River house, fishing at the San Juan is something the gang loves to do, and hope to be able to use the River House for many years to come.

Buddies fishing the San Juan River

Very nice place, much nicer quality than expected. Nice kitchen adjacent large room with dinning table. Worked perfect for the four of us. Each person had a bedroom and bath to themselfs. I hope this place is available the next time we come down.

Navajo Dam and San Juan River

The house was perfect. All the bathrooms made it so easy for everyone to get going in the morning. Beautiful kitchen and dining room. Super convenient to fish and boat at Navajo Lake and fly fish on the San Juan. We definitely try to stay here again.

Comfy beds and couch. Clean. Well equipped kitchen. All communication and check in/out were hassle free. Lots of channels. Direct access to the San Juan River. We would stay here again.

Very Nice Fishing Lodge

This property was perfect for a reunion of buddies who are seasoned fly anglers. We have fished the San Juan numerous times and lodged in various properties. This place exceeded our expectations and frankly we wish we had prepared to cook our meals here. Both indoor and outdoor cooking means are available. Also, the home has spacious indoor and outdoor gathering space and a carport for rainy day convenience. The local mule deer and raccoons are fun to watch in the evenings. We’ll be back and many thanks to the owner/s who were very communicative. All the best.
