We offer this beautiful apartment on the 1st floor with elevator, which can accommodate up to 6 people.

It has a bright living room opening onto a balcony with a side sea view from the balcony.
A TV and wifi are at your disposal.
You can also enjoy a large fully equipped kitchen: oven, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine...
On the night side, it consists of three bedrooms.
A master bedroom with a 160x200 bed, a bedroom with a 140x190 double bed and a third bedroom with 2 single beds.
You will have a bathroom with shower and hair dryer as well as a separate toilet.

All around the building parking spaces are free.

Sheets and towels are not included.
You have the possibility to reserve them, do not hesitate to contact us.

Perfect in every way

The apartment was warm, cosy and well equipped and located close to the river in a quiet village a few kilometres from the city of Angers. The cycling path alongside the river where on a cold, bright winter's morning we saw very little other than a solitary heron from time to time provides an idyllic route into Angers. The local people were warm and friendly and Valerie, our landlady, was very friendly and helpful. Getting into the front door without being followed by a very eager black or tabby cat was an amusing challenge! We would highly recommend this apartment and location.

Très bel appartement bien situé et agréable !

Accueil très sympathique. L'appartement est idéalement situé, à proximité de tout à pied: carrefour city, boucher, poissonnier, boulanger, pharmacie, Marché d'Arago, PLAGE... Pas de parking réservé mais nous avons toujours trouvé de la place pour nous garer dans la rue. Appartement très agréable, confortable et très fonctionnel. Merci à Axelle pour son accueil et son efficacité.

Week-end PAQUES en Famille

Nous avons bcp apprécié ce logement pour notre week-end en famille: l'emplacement, le calme, les commodités, les commerces à proximité etc.. Le logement est agréable, bien équipé et petites attentions à notre arrivée ( book, carte de bienvenue et petits chocolats ... ). Nous avons profité des ballades en famille dans le Centre ville proche et aux abords de la plage, dommage juste que le beau temps n'ai pas été au rendez-vous !

lovely apartment in perfect location

We had a wonderful stay here with our 2 year old. The apartment is nice, very well equiped with everything you would need, bedrooms are very roomy and the location is superb! Its a short drive to a lot of interesting sites. Valerie was very kind and helpfull. We would recommend spending your holiday here!

Sehr ansprechende Wohnung, sehr nette Vermieterin

Sehr schön gelegene Wohnung mit großem Garten und nahe an einem Nebenarm der Loire . Nahe bei Angers mit tollen Geschäften, Restaurants und Burg. Auch Wassersportbasis in der Nähe (Kanu, Standup paddling) Picknickplatz am Wasser. Die Wohnung selbst ist gut ausgestattet und über ca.15 Treppenstufen zu erreichen. Durch die horizontal teilbare Haustüre frühstückt man in der Küche,aber dennoch fast wie im Freien :-)) Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Sehr schöne Wohnung in ruhiger/entspannter Umgebung mit tollem Garten, Familie sehr gastfreundlich

Wir hatten einen schönen zweiwöchigen Aufenthalt (August 2018). Écouflant liegt idyllisch an der Sarthe, einem Nebenfluss der Loire. Es gibt viel in der Gegend zu entdecken :-). Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

We were delighted with the appartment which is very well looked after and equipped.

We had a very enjoyable stay and were made to feel very welcome. The property is very well looked after and comfortable. We visited the Troglodyte caves at Rochemenier as well as the Chateau and Collegiale St Martin (free on last Sunday of the month) in Angers. Quite a few museums were shut on the Monday. You don't actually need to do anything as it is lovely to sit or walk along by the river just a few yards away! Would certainly think of returning.

Simply wonderful

My husband, our 10-year old daughter and I had the most amazing week in Ecouflant. The apartment is stunning: fully equipped, beautifully furnished and located in a quiet village close to a river. There is a large garden, which our daughter enjoyed exploring, a separate entrance and plenty of parking with a security of an electronically lockable gate. The village itself is quaint and so pretty - there is a small but well-stocked supermarket (there are larger shops in Angers, perhaps 10-15 minutes away), a couple of bars, and a very friendly bakery. There was live music both weekends in the nearby park, which just added to an already very French atmosphere. We were lucky with the weather and ended up spending a couple of afternoons by the nearby lake which has a man-made beach (lifeguards are also on duty). However, the lake offers a perfect opportunity for long walks if the weather is not very beach-like. We also made several trips, including a couple to Angers to do a self-guided walk, visit the castle and jump on a sightseeing train that takes its passengers around all the main tourist attractions. We also spent a splendid day at the Terra Botanica park, one of the most beautifully maintained theme parks we have ever visited. There were hardly any queues and our 10-year old didn't want to leave at the end of the day. We also visited a couple of nearby chateaux. There is plenty to do in the vicinity and even more if you are prepared to take a short drive. Valerie and her family were ever so welcoming and created a truly unique holiday spot that would suit small families, like ours, couples looking for a romantic getaway, or artists/writers/professionals looking for some peace and quite or inspiration and time to work. A perfect holiday for us and one we will definitely be repeating. Thank you.

Un bel appart' à vivre, dans un environnement plaisant

L'appartement – trois vraies pièces et demie + vaste salle de bain + mini terrasse surplombant le jardin est très bien arrangé et décoré, très bien équipé aussi : c'est vraiment facile d'y vivre, et tout a été pensé même éventuellement pour un séjour nettement plus long (rangements, poubelles de tri sélectif, machine à laver, matériel de repassage…). On s'y sent bien accueilli (propriétaires très sympas, sans pour autant être intrusifs). Le cadre est magnifique et le calme absolu (calme qui s'ajoute à la très bonne qualité de la literie pour garantir un sommeil haut de gamme !). On peut garer la voiture dans une cour fermée. Le centre bourg offre tout ce qu'il faut pour ne jamais prendre la voiture (y compris un rayon bio au mini supermarché). Il y a de belles ballades à faire à vélo tout autour (itinéraires sécurisés) et en particulier un plan d'eau tout proche (quelques minutes à vélo) où la baignade est divine. Les seuls bémols durant notre séjour furent... les moustiques !!! Dont les propriétaires ne sont en rien responsables et qui semblent avoir été exceptionnels cette année, mais qui ont un peu gâché les heures de lecture ou de méditation "farniente" que nous nous promettions au bord de la rivière ou dans le grand jardin également mis à disposition... Il faut aussi signaler tout de même que la photo ci-contre choisie pour illustrer la location correspond en effet au paysage environnant immédiatement la maison, mais ce paysage n'est pas directement visible depuis les fenêtres de la location comme nous l'avions pensé, ou alors en se mettant à l'une des fenêtres. Par contre on peut en jouir immédiatement en sortant de la propriété (30 secondes de marche !). Au total un très bon séjour de début d'été, parfaitement calme, harmonieux et reposant. Nous avons passé un très bon moment à la Villa Blanche Rose. L'appartement est agréable et bien équipé, le jardin est vraiment magnifique et les bords de Sarthe sont à deux pas. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et disponibles.

Détente et convivialité

J'ai passé un agréable séjour... un appartement de caractère proposant tout le confort nécessaire tout en respectant ainsi l'esprit décoratif du lieu. Décoré avec soin par la propriétaire. Entouré d'un parc et d'un lac exceptionnel où vous pouvez profiter de jolies balades ou faire du sport. J'ai aussi aimé la proximité de la boulangerie ainsi que d'une épicerie. en conclusion, satisfaite de mon séjour à Ecouflant. Une petite ville tout à fait charmante ainsi que ses habitants;)

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end. Bien que n'ayant eu Valérie qu'au téléphone, nous avons eu à faire à une femme très sympathique, disponible et à l'écoute. L'appartement était très propre, très bien équipé, la literie parfaite. Le village est très calme, l'environnement très agréable, un bel endroit. Lovely and tranquil

A lovely apartment that is adjacent to a village church and the Sarthe River. Plenty of room for our family and was clean and comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen. Walking distance to a market and a bakery. We enjoyed going out each evening and watching the sunset on the river. Absolutely stunning! The village is quiet and safe and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there while exploring the area. Our hostess was helpful with making us feel at home as well as showing us maps and giving us tips on touring. We loved it so much we are going to stay again in a few weeks. Overall an incredible experience.

UNA MAGNIFICA ELECCIÓN

Hemos estado 6 días en el apartamento de Valerie, en julio del 2017. El apartamento es muy completo, y esta muy limpio. Las camas son comodas y los cuartos espaciosos. La atención de Eric y Valerie es excepcional. Sin lugar a dudas, lo recomiendo.
