Positioned on the garden level of a small residence on a human scale, it can accommodate up to 4 people (2 adults and 2 young people). It can be equipped with an umbrella bed and a baby chair if required.

You'll enter on the mountain side, where your parking space is located.
The entrance to this holiday home gives access to the bedroom and bathroom with Italian-style shower.
The living room extends the entrance and gives you a direct, unobstructed view of the lagoon and ocean. The kitchen is well-stocked with utensils, dishes and other essential tools for preparing delicious meals.
From the varangue or wooden terrace, you can sit back and relax in the shade of the frangipani trees. But keep an eye out from June to September for a whale or two...
Behind a tiny fence you'll have access to a large communal green space. A few steps take you down to a "private" wild beach.

Saint-Leu is a dynamic, resourceful and authentic town. Its fairground and craft markets, famous "rondavelles", takeaways, restaurants, harbor and all downtown amenities are just a 10-minute walk away.

In terms of leisure activities, there's no shortage of museums, including Kelonia (for turtles), Stella Matutina (for sugar) and Le Musé du Sel (for salt).
You can choose between paragliding, underwater activities (diving, snorkeling), water sports (jet-skiing, parasailing, etc.) and surfing spots (La Tortue, La Gauche de Saint-Leu).

The area is restful, and the sunsets, hawksbills and whales (between June and September) are a constant spectacle.

We pay particular attention to the cleanliness of this accommodation. We use non-aggressive and respectful cleaning products.
There is an additional charge for cleaning the property (housework, laundry).
