Welcome to luxury costal living at 322 Ocean one in the newly renovated Ocean One complex!!

This third floor condo is part of an oceanfront complex, offering luxurious coastal living. It boasts three bedrooms and three bathrooms, each exquisitely designed for comfort and style with high end furniture and mattresses!

What makes the condo ideal is its location! You could leave your car parked as it is steps to the beach, and next to Coligny Circle and Celebration Park. Walkable to the best restaurants, shopping and entertainment fun!

The spacious primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, 58” smart tv, and a private balcony that provides comfort and relaxation. You can wake up and enjoy a tranquil morning coffee on your own private balcony in a tree house setting amongst the canopy.

The second bedroom, is also equipped with a king-sized bed, 58” smart tv and offers beautiful coastal décor! It provides a comfortable and cozy space for relaxation.

The third bedroom, is perfect for families or guests. It includes two queen-sized beds, a 55” smart tv, a spacious desk area and offers access to a private balcony as well, allowing them to enjoy the treehouse type scenic surroundings.

All bedrooms come with renovated en-suite bathrooms, ensuring privacy and convenience. The bathrooms are elegantly designed with modern fixtures and high-quality materials, providing a spa-like atmosphere for unwinding after a day at the beach.

The kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. It's well-equipped for cooking delicious meals and opens up to the spacious living and dining room. The open-concept design allows for easy socializing and entertainment, making it a perfect space for family gatherings and dinner parties.

The living room is both inviting and comfortable offering all new comfortable furniture installed March 2024 including seating for 8 adults with access to the large third balcony. This space is perfect for lounging, watching the sunset, or simply enjoying a movie or game on the 65” smart tv. The balconies themselves offer additional outdoor seating areas, allowing you to take in the fresh ocean air.

This third floor condo in the oceanfront complex is a luxurious retreat that combines modern amenities with the beauty of the seaside, offering a perfect setting for relaxation and enjoyment by the ocean.

This condo (and property) is outstanding! We were so pleased with our stay here. Impeccably clean and had everything we needed. Even though it’s not beachfront, we still enjoyed the view. Highly recommend and hope to stay here again.

Our stay was wonderful! The room was clean, spacious and had a great, beautiful view overlooking a canopy of trees into the entrance and parking lot. Pool was nice and very large. Pit area was delightful in the evening hours. The walk to the beach was a breeze. I contacted the host,Beachside Rentals several times. They were always nice and exceptionally helpful. We will book again!

Mother/Daughter retreat

The property and the management company (Beachside Getaway) was amazing. They were very accommodating and went over and above to accommodate us. The Condo was just as it was listed and more. Clean, updated and well designed. We thoroughly enjoyed the location and all it's amenities. We are looking forward to returning in the near future and would love to stay in the same Condo. Beautiful Condo, Great Location.

STAY HERE!!!!!!! we had the most amazing time. Condo was amazing! had everything you would need. Pool was just redone and beautiful. Loved it was so close to beach. Great location, Coligny Plaza is a short walk away and had great restaurants and shops including grocery store. Sea Pines was about 2 miles away. only suggestion is that in the listing provide a list of what the condo has so you know before you go.

Excellent, highly recommended

The condo was absolutely amazing. It had everything there you could possibly need, just bring your personal items and food and you are set. The pictures are exactly what you get. Beach access just a few steps away. Very close to shopping and restaurants. We had a family of 5 and there was plenty of room for everyone. I have not one complaint, it was excellent!! Would not hesitate about renting this condo!!!

Great getaway in a lovely setting

Beautiful condo that accommodated 3 couples. All 3 bedrooms & bathrooms were super nice and exceptionally clean with very nice toiletries. The dining & kitchen were perfect for dinner parties and games at the spacious table. Only disappointment was we were not facing the beach as the condo is on the street side of the building.

Great location and villa!

The villa is 100% as advertised. No ocean view, but gorgeous view of the trees on the property. Very easy to check-in and check out. Internet went out, but this seemed to be a widespread outage. Property management company was very attentive and helpful. We will stay there again.

Great vacation!

We had a great first trip to Hilton Head! The unit was very nice and looked like it had been recently updated. We enjoyed the pool & beach. Three full baths was nice for getting everyone ready to go out. A lot of restaurants & shopping within walking or biking distance. The unit does not have a beach view but the balcony is nice and shady and we enjoyed it. Would definitely stay again.

Loved our stay

You cannot beat the location. We loved the easy access to the beach and the proximity to Coligny and all it has to offer. The condo was exactly as the photos depict. Comfortably decorated and the owners left thoughtful touches like books and board games for families to enjoy. The management company is absolutely fabulous. Easy to reach and they checked in on us throughout our visit. There were two minor issues during our stay- one at check in and one with some curtains falling- the management company was quick to respond, helpful, and made our visit wonderful. I think we have found our favorite Hilton Head place to rent. Thank you!

Beautiful unit in a great location

Entire process was smooth and seamless. Excellent communication and directions. The unit itself looked brand new- absolutely spotless- every rental should use this cleaning service! Beautifully decorated, spacious and fully equipped! The building itself is a little dated but is kept up well enough. Loved having an elevator and luggage carts available. Steps to beach and pool- bonus being able to hear the music from the tiki bar right next door from our pool. Fire pit area is gorgeous and so welcoming. And the location to beach and coligny circle is super convenient. Will definitely stay again !!

Overall, the property is very clean, and the location is great. The only issue we had was with the property description. We were told the elevator was not working. I was fine with that because it was only 3 flights of stairs. What they didn't tell us is that there was major construction going on and constant noise for the 1st few days. The description said "noise" and "no elevator". There is a big difference between noise and major construction. The property manager was very responsive and made aware of the issues. I would still recommend this place because it was spotless, and the location was great.

Beautiful and spacious!

This condo is beautifully laid out with tons of space. The proximity to the beach is unbeatable. All three bedrooms have their own bathroom. It was a total of 3 adults in my party but 6 people would be very comfortable in this space. Beachside getaway was quick to replace the broken blender the same day I called about it. I appreciated the excellent customer service. I have no real complaints but a few suggestions: 1. The living room furniture needs to be updated. It's not very comfortable. 2. The front door was a bit difficult to open. 3. Cable TV is only available in the living room and master bedroom. The other bedrooms only had Hulu and Netflix available for streaming without an antenna for over the air TV. A roku, firestick, or even apple TV would be nice for more viewing options. Like I said, no real complaints. Just suggestions. This Property won't disappoint you!

Nice updated villa

Very nice villa that appeared to have been recently updated. The 3 bedroom 3 baths met our family needs very nicely. Very nice pool and beach. The management company was responsive. Had to park third car across street due to limited parking but that was fine. Very shady parking lot which was nice. Close to shopping and very nice side walk to run, walk or bike on. Would avoid July 4 in future due to large rowdy crowds with intoxicated people, fights and many young women in thongs so not a good week for family. Dishwasher does not do well and in wrong location so rinse dishes well before putting in. Other appliances are excellent. All in all a great property for a different week,
