Your home for Adventures in Vail!

We're looking for up to four mature adults who will treat our home as if it were your own. If that's you, we look forward to hearing from you. Additionally we will work personally to make sure your stay with us will be given the utmost attention!

We're confident you will have a wonderful stay at our place!

Located approximately 500 yards to the Lionshead Gondola! If you don’t care to walk, we are steps from the Free Shuttle which will take you to Vail or Lionshead Villages, Golden Peak and the Solaris Plaza. The Lionshead gondola is a 5-7 minute walk or 2 minute ride. The Vail Village Transportation Center offers shuttles to countless destinations in the Vail Valley, including continuous service to grocery stores. The Vail Valley Medical Center and world-renowned Steadman Clinic are right next door. Dobson Ice Area is adjacent to the condo. We have an outdoor heated pool and hot tub, with views of Vail mountain, a fitness room, business center and free parking!

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING PERMITTED (not even on balconies).

Accommodations are: TWO high quality King beds. No sleeper sofa, so sleeps only four.

BONUS -- NO STAIRS!!!

One of the great things about our unit is its street level location. No need to use the stairs or elevators! Most times one of the 4 parking spaces right in front of our door is open.

It is a two bedroom, two bathroom unit. One bath has a shower, while the other has a shower/tub. One bedroom has a Simmons ComforPedic AirCool memory foam King mattress and one bedroom has a memory foam mattress with down topper.

The living room and dining room, along with its rock-walled fireplace and comfortable leather couches, create a warm and cozy atmosphere for your stay. A fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, includes high end cookware, small appliances and anything else you might need to prepare great meals.

Nestled in the heart of the breathtaking Vail Valley, we are perfectly located between Vail Village and Lionshead Village in Vail, Colorado. Enjoy a spectacular Vail vacation in the foothills of Vail Mountain, the country's top alpine ski resort high in the majestic Rocky Mountains. The beauty and serenity of the Vail Valley will rejuvenate your spirit of adventure.

One of Vail's most popular condominium hotels, we are a 5-7 minute stroll to charming Vail Village and Lionshead Village. With breathtaking views of Vail Mountain, our Vail condo is adjacent to the Vail Medical Center & The Steadman Clinic, Dobson Ice Arena and Vail Public Library, and short walk to Vail Eagle-Bahn Gondola, Born Free Express Quad Chairlift and the Vail Ski School. Hop on the free in-town shuttle to Vail's wonderful restaurants, bars, shops, events, festivals and an exciting nightlife scene.

Enjoy a refreshing swim in the outdoor heated pool or soak in the warm hydrotherapy whirlpool with a waterfall and fiber optic lighting. Get energized in the small workout room or relax in the men's and women's steam rooms. Pool and hot tub are closed from the end of the ski season until Memorial Day and from early October until the start of the ski season in November.

Dogs only (sorry no cats due to allergies). Refundable Pet Deposit of $100. Pet fee will be charged. $20/night. $100/weekly. $300/monthly. Add'l pet cleaning fee will be added.

Comfortable 2-Bedroom in a Great location

My husband and I stayed three nights in this lovely condo with our daughter, her boyfriend and her dog. We really enjoyed our time there. The location is great, very walkable to both Lionshead and Vail Village. There are several restaurants nearby, so we didn't spend much time making meals. The bedrooms are comfortable, the views of the mountain are great and the pool and hot tub were wonderful after skiing.

Most perfect ski condo ever

Fabulous in every way. Clean, close to slopes, so beautifully decorated, beds so comfy, well stocked, excellent communication with owner and property manager. One other great aspect is that it is on ground floor of the building and you can park steps from the door and walk right in.

New Years in Vail

We had a wonderful stay for our family ski trip. The condo was perfect - location, fully stocked, amenities, etc. A quick walk to lifts in Lions Head in the morning or to Vail Village for dinner or crepes. The hot tub to soak our muscles after a day of skiing. Fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals. Both management company and owner were very responsive. I would highly recommend this rental and hope to be back soon myself.

The condo was perfect! I can’t say enough good things. The condo had everything down to the reusable bags for the grocery store!!! Would stay here again and would highly recommend.

Perfect Location - Clean Unit with Everything You Need

We stay at Vail International because it is so close to the ice rink and easy to get to both villages. This unit in particular has everything you need for your stay. It is also very conveniently located near parking, super clean, and well-stocked. Communication was easy for any issues. We loved our stay.

Great Place

We had two couples stay at the condo and we all enjoyed it very much. The condo is very well laid out and appointed very nice, and is in a great location....walking distance to the gondola, shopping, and restaurants. The owner was very helpful and easy to deal with. I highly recommend staying here!

Perfect Lionshead location with Mountain views!

Great stay

Both the property owner and manger were very responsive and helped us out on arrival day, which we appreciated a great deal. The condo is well located and common areas are cozy. Easy parking and incredibly comfortable beds! We stayed on the first floor, but didn’t hear any disruptive noise above us during a busy holiday weekend. The non-master bath is a little tight with a smaller shower, so one adult couple will be luckier than the other. Would stay here again!

Vail visit with family

Perfect rental for our needs. Loved the location - quiet and right in middle so easy walk to each side of Vail (village and west). Hot tub and pool were great. Hot tub was one of the best I’ve ever sat in (and I’m old ;-) One problem (very minor) - tv in family room would stop working. But we didn’t really care because who needs a tv with that beautiful view. Can’t wait to rerun.

2nd time staying at Condo

This is the second time we have stayed at this beautiful condo unit. We decided last minute to do some spring skiing and were so lucky that this condo was available again! The unit has everything needed to make anyone feel at home. We took our dog again, being on the first floor made taking her out convenient, and made going skiing much easier. This is our new home away from home in Vail, worth more than a 5 star review!!

Great location between Vail and Lionshead

This property was great for two couples. Location was great between Vail Village and Lionshead (closet to Lionshead). Appreciated extra beach towels for pool/hot tub. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and items for cooking needs. No hassle check in (just get parking pass at main desk), received a text that could check in right away in the morning which was great after a long morning of travel. Only downside was hot tub hours only until 9pm. Otherwise a fantastic place to stay!

Lovely Condo in Lionshead

We had a wonderful stay for a long weekend! We were a party of two couples which was perfect for this condo. You wouldn’t really be able to fit anyone else into the condo, but it was enough space for the 4 of us. The kitchen was very well stocked. The location is perfect for a ski getaway since it is a short walk to Lionshead and the gondola (3 minute walk) and the shuttle was very convenient to get over to Vail Village for Apres Ski and dinners. The owner was very responsive with any questions or needs that we had which was nice. Overall, the unit was very nice and very convenient! Would highly recommend!

Easy parking and access in Vail

While this is an older property it has been nicely updated. The kitchen is well equipped (Could use an extra dish towel) and the extra touches like tissues, lotion, and nightstand charging outlets were appreciated. It was very quiet and offered two balconies - one off the master and one off the dining area. The parking right outside the front door made loading and unloading a breeze and is hard to come by in Vail proper. The bathrooms are a bit cramped but all other areas are roomy enough. Communication with the owner was quick and informative. Would certainly stay here again.

Lionshead condo

We had a very nice stay at this condo in Lionshead. Condo was a bit on the small side, but you're paying for location. You can walk to the gondola and are a block from the free bus to Vail Village. Location location location. Condo had a stocked kitchen with all cooking supplies. Shared hot tub was nice and large (could accommodate a lot of people). I believe it advertised covered parking in the listing, but we did not have this. It was open parking, which was fine. All in all we had a great stay and we would stay here again and recommend to friends.

FANTASTIC LOCATION, VERY COMFORTABLE STAY!

What a wonderful, relaxing stay at this VRBO! VERY clean unit and great kitchen for cooking. Lots of spices too. Close to bus system to get around if you can't or don't feel up to walking 10-12 minutes to the main restaurant area. Joyce was a gem, checking in on us daily. A few days prior to arrival, very detailed instructions on where and how to check-in were emailed. She made everything so easy! Beautiful view of the skiers and mountain. Also overlooks the pool and spa. Two king sized beds were great for four women getting a weekend away after a very sad day (funeral). Will be coming back again this summer with my family. Thank you, Joyce!!
