Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you, in Gradignan, this charming house of lime pit foot of a surface of 95 m ² and being able to accomodate until 6 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of 24 m², equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom and you can enjoy a garden of about 1 000 m². We are waiting for you!

The housing is composed as follows:
- A living room of 24 m² with sofa, TV, Wifi (optical fiber) and a dining area
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, cooking plates (gas).

Sleeping area:
- Bedroom 1: one queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: two single beds, bed linen and towels included
- Bedroom 3: 140x190cm bed.
- Bathroom with bath
- Separate WC

For even more comfort : barbecue, washing machine, fan, iron.

Outside :
- A beautiful garden of 1 000 m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days

The house is ideally located in Gradignan, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops but also to grocery, butcher, restaurant, brewery-tobacco-press...

Activities :
- Visit of the city of Bordeaux located at 12,6 km
- Visit of the castles of Pessac-Léognan and Graves
- Bassin d'Arcachon and the Dune du Pilat at about 59 km
- Visit of Saint Emilion located at less than one hour by car.

Transportation:
- You will be able to park directly in the private parking outside, in front of the house, with possibility of putting 3 cars.

As for other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- At 1000 meters, terminal of the bus stop of the city of Bordeaux that goes to the train station and botanical garden (departure every 10 to 30 minutes) and also allows to join the streetcar
- Nearest train station: Bordeaux St Jean (10 km) Pessac (9km) Cestas Gazinet (9 km)
- Nearest airport: Mérignac airport, 20 minutes by car

L'Arriga "This is a typical country house with enough space for a family and a secure garden (essential for us as we have a special needs child who tries to escape). The kitchen was well equipped but we kept on banging our heads on the extractor fan which is very low and overhangs the oven and hob. It would be fine if you’re under 5ft3 but any taller than that and you need to watch out. We had some lovely meals eating outside in the garden, the children found some bowls to play with which was fun. The washing machine and clothes horse were really useful. Overall the house could do with some TLC (particularly the bathroom and toilet which left a lot to be desired) but it was homey, spacious and excellent value for money."

Ruim huis op goede locatie

Het huis is fors en heeft een ruime tuin. De locatie leent zich uitstekend voor bezoeken aan Bordeaux en wijngebieden. Het huis was schoon, gedateerd en van alle genakken voorzien. Aan het toilet kan de eigenaar nog wel iets verbeteren.

Très bon séjour dans la région de Bordeaux

La maison est idéalement située pour nos séjours à Gradignan. Elle est simple, propre, spacieuse et très bien équipée. Située dans une impasse, elle est vraiment au calme. On reviendra pour nos prochains séjours.

Controle et amélioration nécessaire. 🙂 L’espace des pièces et le jardin … 🙁 Obligation d’installer un lave-vaisselle, changer le micro-onde (trop vintage qui a du mal à réchauffer les plats), machine à laver à mettre ailleurs que dans la salle de bain, chasse d’eau mal placée ce qui fait qu’on ne peut pas relever l’abattant du WC, aucun contact avec la conciergerie ou les prioritaires (qui visiblement habitent en face), inventaire non effectué. Robinet de l’évier de la cuisine fuit à sa base, sachet de carottes entamé retrouvé dans un placard … plein de jus, toutes pourries et moisies !!! C’est pas TOP !!!"
