Beautifully restored 1919 Craftsman just steps away from downtown Chillicothe on Washington Street! Boasting 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bath, this charmer has been fully refinished and restored to its former glory with all of the modern amenities and sleeps 11+ ! Walk into the large living room and immediately be awe struck with the beautiful original hardwood floors and bookcases that welcome you into the dining room with 9 foot built in storage bench and dining table that seats 8! Beyond the dining room is the remodeled kitchen encasing the original wood hutch that now makes up the center island for extra seating and work space! Large master bedroom, 1 bathroom with walk in onyx shower and washer and dryer finish up the main floor. Take 1 of 2 staircases up to the top level to 3 bedrooms, each with their own queen bed, closet, dresser and extra sleeper! A full bathroom with original tub and onyx shower and a 1/2 bath off of the front bedroom finishes the upstairs! Stroll down the back staircase to sneak away to the cozy sunroom just between the levels of of the back of the house! Perfect for family trips or a couples weekend just steps away from The Arts District and a block away from Downtown Shops and eateries!

Perfect Sisters Weekend

The property was clean, had open layout, had lots of character with many nice touches. The beds were very comfortable. The location was great for walking to the town square. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again if in Chilicothe.

Great Getaway in the Home of Sliced Bread

The property was beautiful and very comfortable. The house is on a major road so there is traffic noise but it is very convenient! Our host was very pleasant and helpful. Hope to come back!

We enjoyed your lovely Craftsman home and the interior is beautiful. Beds are very comfortable and towels are top notch quality. We found the home was clean from top to bottom. Would stay here again and highly recommend staying in this beautiful/comfortable home.

Super clean and adorable

Short stay for the weekend, the property was so clean and just a beautiful old home that has been restored. We had zero complaints and really enjoyed our stay. The house has been redone and it's absolutely adorable. The owners have done a great job. There was a lot of space for everyone to relax and enjoy.

Amazing house

The house is beautiful. We had everything we needed for our week stay. The owner response quickly and we were well cared for. We had family over a few nights and it was the perfect place to gather. The Maybee Mansion is beautifully furnished , the beds were comfy and the kitchen is huge. I highly recommend staying.

Charming and Clean

The Gabrielsons have done such a beautiful job renovating Mansion Mansion. Everything you need is there. The linens and towels were high quality too! Every room in the house has been tastefully decorated. You can tell Ashley put a lot of heart into this home. I don’t think you will find a better place in or around Chillicothe to stay. We will definitely be booking again in the future.

Weekend Wedding Stay at this charming home

We had a 9 party group of sisters that stayed here for a weekend wedding. The house was easy to find. There was ample parking, and check-in was easy! The owner was very communicative and helpful and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The decor was very inviting and comfortable, and the house was very clean. Everyone stated their beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our limited time at the house visiting around the table and sitting in the living room. We had large, full breakfasts together both mornings, and there was plenty of cooking pans and utensils, as well as dinnerware for the group. Cleanup was quick and easy, as was checkout. Would definitely recommend this place and love to stay here again!

This house was lovely!!! So beautiful!! My family of 4 (2 adults, a 17yo & a 11yo)stayed there. We needed to have a space that we could be outside if it was nice but inside if not. We had daily extended family visitors, including children, ages 4-12. My only wishes would have been if there was a battery/electric heater/air conditioner for the “sun room” and maybe a propane heater for outside. Other then that this is my favorite VRBO I have stayed in, the ease to come and leave was amazing and so appreciated.

Very nice place

The Maybee Manson was a great place for group of old men on a guys trip. It was very clean and spacious. The were kind of enough to leave items that other guests had not used up like paper plates etc. that were handy for us. And though we were a bunch of guys this place is definitely one our wives would love.
