Tradewinds amenities include a heated indoor/outdoor pool and a private boardwalk to the beach directly in front of the complex. Got a large group and need more space? This owner also has another home here with the same floor plan in this complex, #1106, that can accommodate up to 8 more persons! Or, we have a smaller 1 bedroom, 2 bath, with hall bunks #108, that can sleep up to 6. Just ask us!

This adorable 2 bedroom, 2 bath, cozy condo supplies enough beds for the whole family! Starting with a Plush King Size mattress in the Master Bedroom, a Queen Size Bed Plus a Twin over Twin Bunk Bed in the Guest Bedroom, and custom-made couches in the Living Room that converts to two (2) Twin Size Beds, you can bring ALL the kiddos! Attached to the Primary Bedroom and hall is a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The Guest Bedroom contains a private, attached full bath as well with a shower/tub combo. This home has over 900 square feet and boasts all updated furnishings with enough seating for everyone when dining or just relaxing anywhere in the home. You will enjoy your coffee made from the provided Keurig Coffee Machine on the balcony as you view the beach facing west, which is also perfect for Sunsets!

*Beach Chairs & Umbrellas: Sometimes guests leave behind chairs and toys they have purchased. If they are clean and in good condition, we will leave them for the next guests. Or, these items are fairly inexpensive and can be purchased at most local stores. Also, there are vendors that set up very nice beach chairs and umbrellas for daily or weekly rent (seasonally). Just find an empty one or the attendant.

*All Bed Linens and Bath Towels are provided. A full list of what is provided and suggestions to bring will be emailed to you upon booking.

**WINTER MONTHLY RESERVATIONS/ SNOWBIRDS (November, December, January & February) -Monthly Rates are available upon request. These rates are not advertised. We prefer full month reservations from the First to the First.
